Alt Jaguar Ravage not sure where to put him in kitty mode he's on top of my shelves right now, 25th Anniversary Optimus Prime to keep from losing all of his pieces besides my Cl Optimus is awesome, and I don't remember why but my custom Alt Arcee from the Alt Corvette Ravage mold is in alt mode too.

Dragon fan-mode?

Lots of Beast Wars spring to mind - Spittor, Tazmanian Kid, Claw Jaw, Bonecrusher, Retrax, Manterror … to name just a few.

I always keep G1 Blaster in alt mode, I’m not a big fan of the robot mode and he looks silly on display towering over the Special Team gestalts.

Only one I keep in alt mode is MP Starscream - mainly because after the first few times I tf'd him, I decided he was too fiddly, and I don't like playing with a TF I'm scared will break in thirty different ways. If I had come to that decision in robot mode, then in robot mode he would have stayed.

I don't own a bulk of these anymore, but here goes:

Armada Sideswipe - Surprised no one mentioned this one yet, the robot mode is just a sham.

Cybertron Override - Not that the alt mode is much to look at either with that crazy paint job

Cybertron Thundercracker/Skywarp - The oversized left arm and the spindly legs threw the look off

Cybertron Backstop - For obvious reasons

Titanium GI Joe Megatron - Only way he won't fall apart

Pretty much my entire Beast Wars collection with the exceptions of Claw jaw, DepthCharge, and Bantor. No real reason why since they stay in storage for the most part until I can get more space to put up a bookshelf to display them. When I do pull them out, I just like posing some of them in their beast modes. TM2? Jawbreaker comes to mind instantly with that. I like his robot mode just find, but hi giant arm kinda throws things off.

Thinking about it all my Armada figs are in their alt modes:

Thundercracker: purely for space

Sideways: has an awesome alt mode so why not

Smokescreen: his bot mode sucks especially that head mold

Dragon fan-mode?

The stinger has eyes and acts as the head. The claws can open up and work as feet. The "robot mode legs" turn sideways and the scorpion legs act as fingers. It's awesome.

I am SO surprised no one mentioned these:

RID ultra magnus

Armada Megs

and just for me:

Animated Bulkhead

Energon Demolishor

Energon Scorponok stays in jet mode.

I am SO surprised no one mentioned these:

RID ultra magnus

hhhhuuuuhhhhh?? He is the AWESOMENESS!!?!!?

Long legs, yes, but definately super detailed...the quality of which we have not seen again in a TF line. I am referring to RID in general, not just Magnus.
