With 3rd party figure Genesis coming out soon, I recently got into a discussion about Omega Supreme, specifically what alt mode he should have. Though I loved him in G1, and indeed have him listed as my most prized Transformer, I really liked what they did in Animated. For those unfamiliar, rather than having him be a Battle Station again, they had OS transform from the Autobot Ark. While he doesn't necessarily need to THE Ark, I think being a Battleship suits him better than being Battle Station. Likewise, I like Trypticon better as a Space Station than as a Base. WFC handled that perfectly in my humble opinion, but obviously there are those who will disagree. So what do…

Has anyone here been chastised, friendly or otherwise by anyone for participating in this fine hobby? Just curious. I have a couple of family members that think I'm too old for these things (19 yo). One actively supports me and the others seem pretty indifferent. What's your experience?
