Well when G2 Megs WOULDN'T fight his G1 Self...because he needs G1 to exist...So...he'd automatically take out TM Megs.

Then it'd be up to what would G1 Megs do after the dust settled.

But TM Megatron is faster (tech spec wise) and can fly. He could just transform into his flight mode to avoid G2 Megatron, get close enogh to G1 Megatron and transform into robot mode to attack G1 Megatron's spark and then than would mean the defeat of G2 Megatron.

 

P.S. Wouldn't any damage done to G1 Megatron be felt by G2 Megatron since they are the same?

G2 Megs can't be formed without G1 Megs, but not vice versa, they don't feel each other's pain...and G1 Megs would blast TM Megs if he even got close. TM maybe faster to some degree, but I see no clear way he could win this in the end. I don't see it at all...not possible.
