OK, this is something I've been thinking about lately. A lot of sellers on eBay hawk off their vintage 1980s Transformers in boxes that're still sealed and sometimes graded by the AFA (Action Figure Authority). These can go for hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. This may be lucrative to some people, but is it really a good thing for the toy collectors out there? I myself think it's dirty and shameful to post something for $3000 just because a bunch of "authority figures" deemed it worthy of being vacuum-sealed in a plastic display box. I dunno, it just seems wrong, both from the collector's stand point and the economic view.

Hey everybody, I just thought I'd share my joy with the group, as I just received my replacement long Stacks from Ages 3 and up , They have great customer service and shipped them right out . I was a bit hesitant ordering them from Canada, but figured I'd take a chance. :thumb I'm glad I did ,now Prime doesn't have to suffer from "long stack" envy :tflaugh when he's standing next to Masterpiece Ultra Magnus..I figured I'd take a few pics during the process in case anything went wrong lol...so take a look. Prime had to take a call :tftongue in the middle of it all... :roll Halfway there..

How come we haven't seen hide nor hair of him, yet walmart has this listing up forever. I don't ever remember Walmart leaking an image, particularly so far in advance of any other info, picks or test shots... Pasquale

Living in Japan is a very interesting experience for a Transformer collector to say the least. I am constantly surprised by the TFs that I see in Osaka. However some of those surprises are probably not what some of you might expect. So, I've decided to have a little contest. I will send the person who guesses the right answer a WST Convoy vs Megatron Set free of charge (anywhere in the world). Contest rules: -Must be a Tfan with at least 20 posts. -You can only vote once. (One post with one Transformer name.) -No edits allowed. Here is the question: What G1 MIB Transformer is the most expensive Quiktake-san has seen in Osaka? Ready... Go!!!

Why,The UGLY robot heads on Media TF toys. Does Hasbro think kids/parents/fans like to buy TF media toys with ugly robot heads? Why the need to re-invent the wheel & not use the 1980's TF G-1 robot heads for homage characters appearing in the movie-verse & newer toy lines with cartoons. Might as well call the characters by different names if their robot heads, bodies, alt modes look nothing like their 1980's TF G-1 forms. it's really up setting to see/buy newer media starscream, megatron, soundwave, bumblebee, arcee, toys. with robot heads that look nothing like their 1980's TF G-1 Robot heads. TF Prime's,Starscream robot head is so ugly & it r…

On a tip from someone at a TNI forum, my local Tuesday Morning ( a discount store) has TRU Rodimus Prime & Ricochet for $7.99 each. Dirge has also been seen with these two up in Dallas for the same price. Check your local Tuesday Morning for these G1 reissues as well as discounted Energon figures.

I bump into this problem all the time. I see great figs that I will most likely never own due to their expensive price. Back in the days of my early collecting, I used to feel all mopey but now I'm alot better. I treat figs like MP Starscream and TCracker as though they dont even exist. I dont even look at any thread with them anymore. The Kiss players stuff, what's that? What do you meant there's an Alt Rodimus and transparent Alt Mirage?! how do you cope......or do you? Do you savagely sell all you unwanted stuff to get that new fix? Do you drop off that the Sperm bank, give blood, prostitute?! How do you deal?
