Ah, BTR...Im not sure if there is a thread back there but... Now, thi guys are truly ugly, what were they thinking?Did they think fans like you would buy, these, these things? They should have left the BTR to Gi Joe or something, even Megablox's transforming toys are better, these are just out of shape...It is truly a shame that they wasted so much plastic on these. What do you think about BTR TF?

Long story... Well, I heard about the G1 sale at TRU and when I went to TRU they were also having a promo for free basic energon figures ($6.99) when you buy transformers $14.99 or higher. When I went to check out, they wouldn't honor the G1 transformers cause it was only supposed to be Energon only. Makes sense, except price scanner explicitly lists the energon promo when I scanned the G1 to confirm its sale price. Guy at the service desk says promo was for last week, I said can you check, then he went to the Transformers aisle and said promo was for Energon toys only. When I ask about the price scanner, he said scanner would show promos for things in the same toy…

Do you guys find that the last wave of anything Transformers is usually skipped over here? I know that my TRU's and Walmarts skipped the last waves of Beast Wars (With TM2 Blackarachnia :tfmad ), Beast Machines (Strika), RiD (Axer), and Armada (Skywarp) Do you guys have this problem too?

Just picked up a set of the second series to Smallest Transformers. My dealer had sorted them and sold them in sets, so you didn't have to buy an entire box. I got Red alert, Recolored Optimus (blue window), Thrust, Prowl, Jazz, and Megs. Wasn't able to get the chase figures though (sold out before I got there). The chase figures are silver streak and ultra magnus (recolored optimus). Hopefully, he will be able to bring some more back next week when I can pickup BT Silverstreak and Hound.

Just came back from Target and was looking at the Energon Sale. I show 2 Ironhides with different cards. You know the orginal ones showing the level of there powers like speed and intelligence. The other Inronhide had a different card, looked like a bio card. I've seen this on Hotshot too. Just thought it was interesting. I much prefer a bio card of a bot than a level card of powers...

okay as we all know the hasbro reissues are on sale at tru. i decided to make a trip to tru and buy one,i had held off because i cant see spending 33$ on one of the 1984 cars. i was debating wether or not to buy one because i was let down before. in series 1 i bought the prime reissue,well needless to say i got home and his stacks where chopped.i thought that hasbro had decived me[box art shows prime with full stacks],so i vowed never to buy another. well i narrowed the choice to prowl or streak,i already have the takara prowl so i was leaning toward streak.well,i sure am glad i talked to scotty before i bought him.it seems hasbro almost got me again,the stre…

Got my SL Convoy and Kicker anniversary set today. Mmmm... shiny. Anyway, I recall someone asking once about the peg size of the swords and who can hold them, I don't remember ever seeing an answer so I'll provide it. The little version of Megatron's Sword can only be held by Kicker, it's pretty small maybe only 3 inches long at the most. The Energon Saber's hilt has two different outside diameters allowing it to be held by Kicker and any Transfomers figure with a standard sized fist peghole.

Which do you think is better: Energon or Armada Perceptor. Personally I like Energon. They rekindled him quite nicely in my opinion. :clap :thumb

Dreamwave has been making wonderful box-art now for a while now. Both Gijoe and Transformers enjoy the good renderings from dream wave, but all we can get are cut apart pictures found on the boxes. Are they posting these pics somewhere? If not, they need to start.
