What do you think tomorrow's 25th Anniversary Surprize will be?

Recommended Posts

Hasbro said they would be revealing a second 25th Anniversary figure on Sunday that the fans would really like.

What do you think it could be?

Is it going to be a companion piece to the G1-Prime?

I want to say Megatron but we know that wont happen...

so i will go with either Grimlock or a Seeker.

or maybe Jetfire?

Those are the only that come to mind that the fans would be drooling over and still make some kind of 25th aniversary sense...

Is it specifically a G1 rerelease, or could it be from any line?

If it's any line, I'm thinking it's probably the debut of Animated Omega Supreme.

Other, completely out of my ass guesses include:

The Classics 2.0 Ark playset.

An Animated or Classics combiner team.

A new more '86 movie accurate Unicron re-tool with Orson Welles sound chip.

A Sherman Dam battle two pack, with Prime/Megatron figures that have light up weapon hands.

Show accurate Classics 2.0 Reflector.

Hasbro Toy Store's new "Golden Lagoon" feature, turn any figure you order from their website into a Lucky Draw style glimmering nightmare and make it impervious to laser damage.

The '86 movie available with "dead and gray" Optimus Prime.

Thundercracker mosh pit. The fan that manages to walk away gets that blue jet guy for free.

My first guess was an official unveiling of MP Grimlock, but I'm not convinced that's true anymore from the takara rep's earlier statements about it still being in the works.

Given it's an aniversary figure, my gut says it's a Megatron of some sort. A modified reissue? A legal workaround to release the original (about as likely as snow in a volcano, but worth throwing out there)? A new mold?

I reckon Hasbro would only do a MP Grimlock if Takara did one first. We've never seen Hasbro release a MP that wasn't previously done by by Takara.

My guess? Masterpiece Time Warrior! (Bring it Archer! Bring it!!)

Ultra Magnus. theyll repaint 25th Prime

MP grimlock (with some photos) would be Awesome

Hot Shot.

THE FANS REALLY LIKE HIM, RIGHT?!?!?!?!!?!?!?

Goddam. Ususually I'm the guy on Hasbro's side, but goddam.
