Darn, I wanted to be able to see the extended fat kid playing DDR sequence over and over again...

I need more Urination scenes... Expecially Shai urinating on Megafox...

I'm sure that Michael Bay gets a percentage of the dvd sales come October 16th, so obviously he'll say that there won't be another edition. Otherwise, it would have an impact on the initial sales. He wants to maximize the $$$ he makes off of this, so of course he'll say "no extended edition".

A few months from now he'll say "you know, I was looking at that IMAX footage again and I love it so much, I realized that it's a shame that the general public won't get to see it. So I'm making an extended edition DVD release after all."

:pfx

Yea, if not. He just turned a lot people off about the DVD. :tdown

Well if that isn't stupid news. I think I'm starting to see why so many people dislike Bay...

Im sold!

can't wait for this friday!

I still don´t think it´s Bay´s decision!! It is a matter of Marketing Sell all the DVD´s now... one year from Now ¨TRANSFORMERS EXTENDED VERSION DVD¨ one year later ¨TRANSFORMERS MICHAEL BAY´S DIRECTOR CUT EXTENDED EDITION¨... I would say that is more of a Pramount and Dreamworks decision rather than Bay´s...

That sucks, but I still don't think it will keep enough people from buying the movie to make a difference.

Well, Bay was one of the producers, his contract could have been written so that he has sole discrection over the production of any "Extended Editions" - look at the Wachowski brothers, no extended versions of any of the Matrix movies for similar reasons.
