The repaint is blue, so obviously Ironhide was intended to be a homage to Energon Ironhide.

When Batman met Ironhide, he was originally red. Then he asked if Ironhide came in black, to which he became so scared of pissing off Bats he immediately turned to black.

These are not your everyday cars, they're not even luxuary vehicles, they're the work horses.

i wish that were true. but i know this snobby rich stuck-up family that owns, like, 4 SUVs just because they find them "luxurious". it's these asswipes and many many self-centered rich people who waste gas on the big "luxurious" cars that are raising gas prices so high, i wont even be able to drive a simple small car because i cant afford to fill the tank up.

 

i don't have a problem with anyone who buys this truck to use it for pulling stuff or actual work-things. but you just KNOW a few rich snobs will get it just to intimidate the "less fortunate" people and show off their big truck. "luxurious" is in the eye of the beholder. and some of those snobs think that being up high in a truck like that is a luxury.

Are there enough people in the family that all 4 get driven on a consistent basis? Cause if not, they may be saving the world by stockpiling SUVs in their garage so that the vehicles can't otherwise get driven by people who care less than they do.

unfortunately they all drive them. each parent uses one to get to work and their oldest kid who drives also uses one. then they have a 4th set aside for when the younger kid gets her license
