yeah, frenzy never used the pile driver in the Marvel days, just the sonic waves.

Milne needs to clear up his small panels and show action clearly, not cramp it into what-the-hell-just-happened-panels.

 

 

 

So this issue was okay, needs work. But its not like I'm not buying the rest of the series.

 

 

Milne needs to draw bigger panels, his art works waaaaaaay better when clear and conscience,

 

super detail be damned, story telling is the priority.

got the galvatron spotlight and im loving all the G2 guys popping up also the story realy ties all the other storys together (storm bringer, spotlights, escalation etc)

 

my only crit... i dont like hounds alt mode but thats really pushing it

Also read galvatron today...not 100% how I feel about it yet. Unlike most other spotlights, this is less of a one shot, and more of a epilogue/prologue to escalation/devastation.

I liked the whole Meanwhile... thing going on where we get a deffinate timeframe of when all of this is happening, someting more vague and annoying at times with other Spotlights (I'm looking at you Ultra Magnus!)

 

There was a lack of actual Galvatron though. He seems so much less crazy here, maybe when he breaks free from his mysterious master (teehee.) Also, I dunno how I feel about the origin, Galvatron as a team player doesn't stick to the roof of my mouth like peanut butter.

 

But in the end we had our intro, our demonstration, and our OMG moment. Thus, Spotlight Fulfilled

Oh okay I see what you're saying now. I never read the old TF Marvel comics. I didn't know IDW had claimed to be in that universe or mimicking things from it. (sorry that's a bit of sarcasm) I just think it's too early to tell what's what in the IDW Megatron Origins book. I think it's really a 50/50 chance of the red pile-driver using guy to be Rumble or Frenzy. Doesn't really matter either way, just think it's too early to draw a conclusion based on an old Marvel comic. Let theories abound though. Cheers!
