Hideous paint jobs. I like them the way there supposed to be.

Both this Starscream repaint and the Thundercracker repaint have the new head sculpt.

I have a friend who has a hypothesis regarding the "Thundercracker head" - he thinks that Hasbro may have been a bit nervous about all of the INTERWEBS fan-hate of the movie designs, especially comments like, "it would have been OK if he had a more g1-like head," so he thinks they went ahead (sorry :tflaugh2 ) and designed some new heads with the hopes of convincing the movie people that they could be changed to that design and appease the fans. To which I'm sure Bay and Company replied, "What part of 'we're the ones making this movie' don't you understand?" Now their just using the redesigned heads to enhance pad the repaints.

I realize that. Thus calling the Starscream repaint head the thundercracker head. I also said I don't know Cracker. Is he screamers superidentical robot twin?

In any case, Starscream was the first, "twins" should look like him not the other way. All in my opinion ofc. If you prefer the adolf stasch Cracker head, then you're allowed to. I don't think I like it on Starscream, I would prefer movie head with movie body, that's all :<

Do you mean for this figure or in general? Because way way back in G1, Starscream couldn't be "first" since all three Skyraiders came out at the same time.

I'm way too old to remember that... tho yeah, guess I mean this. Starscream "came first" as a movie style bot so..

Does it matter? I would still prefer a repaint of Starscream to have Starscreams head repainted :<

We see Jazz getting f'd up by Megs in the trailer. Does the "Final Battle" title of the fig mean he'll be getting this G1 styled reformat by the end of the film?
