Only a few things really bug me. Biggest one among those is when toys have accessories that don't integrate into the figure for storage. MP Optimus Prime's Energon Axe, Rifle, and the Megatron Gun, I'm looking at you three. Nowhere to store on the figure, and Optimus can't hold all three of you at once. (But I've found a creative solution: the Megatron gun I've managed to mount on TM Megs' back, and I have a personal favorite pose for Optimus and Alt Smokescreen where Smokescreen stands on Optimus' vehicle mode trailer hitch and wields akimbo guns. Still can't find a place to put the Energon Axe...)

It's possible to put Primes gun on his back by balancing it's handle on his "collar bone" area and wraping the headlights on his back around the barrel(sort of like DW). Not the greatest, but it looks decent enough with a cool pose and wielding the energon axe.

Cool to know... I'll give that a shot when I get home tonight.

I hate the prices. TFs are expensive toys.

I seriously do not like the inconsistencies in timelines/origins and lack of character development. I do not like how Unicron (who is suppose to be the ultimately evil in the TF universe) has so little character development. We should see more and hear about foreboding revelations in all series in the timeline that link up to the TF:TM, that an unknown event/character will force the TFs and their universe to the brink of extinction. The entire Armada series story-wise was IMO irrelevant and deviated way too much, so I am discounting it. I also do not care for how when the characters maintain the same names in the varying series, they do not use their personalities and/or memories from the previous series. That is something that annoys me since it would be nice to see further character development, especially considering how old many of the TFs are. It would also be nice to see them grow (so to speak). Additionally, I would like a definitive timeline to be established and if some of these series are alternative universes, then clarify it for the fans. On this note it would be incredibly ambitious for someone or a company to analyze all the differing series, in the USA and JP including anime, comics, manga, and toys, and create a chronological timeline/flowchart w/images. It would be better yet to find this accessible on the net. Lastly, in regards to the toy, I wish we the fans in other countries could buy directly from Takara and could ALSO participate in those damn exclusives and lucky draw contests with some of the best kickass prizes. :tdown

The prices might be the only thing I really dislike. Then again, I wish everything was cheaper.

Lack of canon throughout.

Whiny transfans.... does that make me whiny too?... D'OH!

Was it *really* necessary to start a thread inviting TransFans to start bitching about what they don't like? :roll

Most Armada figure designs "Hey, check out this new face sculpt I made from molding clay" "Yeah, that's pretty good, we'll use that one for Hot Shot. Just put it over there on the heat register for production to pick it up and make the mold, they should be in tomorrow." *sculpt melts into mush overnight*.... At least they resculpted that one, but there's still no excuse for Armada Sideswipe or calling Armada Smokescreen.. Smokescreen. Shoulda named him grapple or hook or something else that actually fit the character look. At least most G1 toys were named after their designs, some more creatively than others, but with Armada they just slapped G1 names on figures that resembled nothing of what the character name or 'abilities' applied to. Energon's still looking good at least. And the prices are definitely sucky, hopefull when we get the Robotmasters line over here they'll almost all be sub-$10, or at least sub-$15.

Probably not, but since it was started constructive criticism could not hurt. :eek

Has there been any? I must have missed that.

I hate the kids getting all the spotlight in recent shows [RID, Armada now Energon] Someone step on them already. Atleast Spike and Sparkplug had a purpose.
