Rodimus was awesome and the season 3 is very cool!!!

rodimus was cool.... in the movie. they kind of ruined him in season 3 though. and i liked the toy for the truck mode. best brick ever.

I think not having a toy makes you less cool, and being a pink girl Transformer doesn't help.

I'd wager that Wheelie sucks more despite having a toy and being a non-pink boy Transformer.

 

I suppose that both characters suck because their existence in the series was rather unconsequential and they had a nasty habit of being seen with Daniel - but I'd say that Wheelie sucked more because:

a/ Wheelie speaks in Blotty rhymes with that annoying munchkin voice. Arcee speaks normally and sounds hot (and Susan Blu is kinda hot... I'd do her...:P).

2/ The Wheelie character is meant to sell a toy. Although Arcee may share some similar unenvious traits with Wheelie, ultimately her character isn't intended to sell a toy, so she could suck as much as she wanted to (oh baby), whereas Wheelie's suckage is far less forgiveable since his characterisation held a position of finance-marketing for the Transformers line. Little wonder that Wheelie figures were shelf-warmers.

Rodimus did suck in the cartoon, but he was a cooler dude in the comics. It was Rodimus Prime who elicited aid from the notorious bounty hunter Death's Head, yes? Sure, the plan kinda backfired, but that in turn elicited Rodimus Prime himself directly intervene with the Time Wars himself and take on Galvatron. And it seriously takes a big-ass pair of balls to take on G1 comic Galvatron...

 

And I liked that alternate universe Rodimus Prime who had that "John Connor martyr" role where he'd taught the humans how to fight against Decepticons using guerilla warfare, and the human resistance (commanded by Spike Witwicky) allied with Prime's surviving Autobots to bring down the Decepticon's U.S. dominion. Even in death, Prime continued to haunt Galvatron - for although he was long dead, his teachings passed down to the resistance meant that the Decepticons were constantly being thwarted by unseen foes. It was neat how Galvatron had Rodimus Prime "crucified" between the World Trade Centre's Twin Towers and blasted at his corpse in a fit of rage over how Prime was still fighting him from beyond the grave.

Yup. As Y2k bug said, he didn't do alot of transporting because if his small size. Plus, all he did was get blasted or captured which makes him weak. Someone was always trying to rescue him.

Yup. As Y2k bug said, he didn't do alot of transporting because if his small size. Plus, all he did was get blasted or captured which makes him weak. Someone was always trying to rescue him.

 

He transported peaple all the time, Spike and Bumblebee used him to get the Robotic Insecticide, and Blaster was stationed inside him in Blaster Blues.

Bottom line is that he was not considered a primary source for transportation like Omega Supreme, Skyfire, & Skylynx. He could hold 2 or 3 Bots. That's it.

Cosmos and Omega Supreme were THE sources of Transportation for the Autobots, Skyfire couldent get out of the atmosphere and whol knows what Skylynx was doing at the time, he certainly wasn't on earth.
