One screwed up transformer

For example, they could have put out a few toys with rubber wheels and more metal parts.

And thus jacking up the prices, making them harder to swallow for the casual buyer, all for some rather minute aesthetic differences...

Once again, diecast does not constitute quality.

???????

Dude, it would not jack up the price that much. $$$$$$

The Armada Prime's wheels look cheesy. Other than that I like the figure a lot.

Then why do BT cost twice what alternators do?

Die cast and rubber wheels are a thing of the past, in main line TF's anyway. I really don't think die cast is all that great anyway.

Because they know people will pay $$$ for it. Yeah I guess it is a thing of the past. It is a shame though.

"to each their own" is too passive an argument for me, starting off.

Dude, I think "eat sh*t and die" is too passive an argument for you.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahh!!!!! :rofl :rofl

Once again Madhammer speaks the truth. Man, I had no idea those ugly G2 toys would start such an argument. Heh heh. The troll thing was funny too Madhammer. I love G1!!!!!!!!! I also happen to think Armada Prime was pretty cool. I mean c'mon people. Geez. You can't change anyone's opinion. Hey, I think G1 is the best and I own some of the new stuff. Big deal.

This is America! :usa :usa :usa

Where I have the right to like the worst possible crap imaginable, as long as it doesn't harm the next person or is illegal! God Bless America!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TRANSFORMERS RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude, this isn't America, its the internet. :redface

Yeah, you're right. God Bless the Internet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :clap

There we go, a new Transformers talk show... Springer, hosted by Springer, and dealing with the dysfunctional lives of the Transformers. Megatron and Starscream should be a good episode(s), and Grapple leaving Hoist for the Constructicons could be interesting... And no Springer episode could be complete without Seaspray, who sleeps with aliens... lol

And dare I say, I much prefer to have toys whose paint won't chip under normal use. As I've mentioned in another thread, the leg on my 20th Anniv. Prime now has a little chunk of paint missing from his leg. How it happened, I have no idea. But it's there.

I'll admit that the paint jobs on the Binaltechs look flat-out awesome, particularly in vehicle mode (though Alt. Silverstreak is really impressing me so far), but I'll be darned if I'm gonna spend $50-plus for a figure that I'll have to keep wrapped in cotton.

they can be given those awesome paint jobs, regardless of the materials used...Silverstreak, for example...without all of Smokescreen's pricey decals, they used the budget to silver coat him, which looks awesome.
