Man, I want these big time. Anyone know when they'll be released?

Nope, guessing November or December time frame, but thats purely a guess. Its a Target exclusive also I think. Have to figure out where my local Target is so I can look for it when it gets released, I very much want it as well.

Is Classics Ultra Magnus going to be a repaint of the Voyager Classics Optimus Prime mould? If so, I'd definitely get him.

 

I have no intention of getting Voyager OP since I'm waiting for the Ultra leaders vs pack to come out (much prefer the classic look of Ultra Classic Prime and the "I'm not a nerf gun" look of tank Megatron) but having the Voyager OP repainted as Ultra Magnus would give me a good excuse to own that mould. ;)

Dude, Prime (voyager) is an AWESOME figure! What more of a reason do you need to get him???

 

I was so-so at the beginning about him, but it didn't take very long once I had him in hand to realize just how good of a figure he is.

 

Hold off for the Magnus if you wish, but I won't be surprised if you end up going back for the Prime once you see for yourself how good and how much fun this figure is.

I think the release is early next year...

I am cutting my TF costs and buying Ultra Mags/ Skywarp instead of Prime and Starscream...

 

Not to mention the paint job on Skywarp is balls on!

 

Sorry Prime, but I do want the mold. So Ultra Mags will be perfect for me!
