Alt Ravage Images...

I can't imaging many alt completest not picking up this guy. He is still clearly an alternator. I'm a little disappointed in the robot mode due to the quality not the fact that it's a robo-jaguar. He looks chunky and disproportioned...

Yeah. Too bad he's gonna be mistransformed at Botcon too. When will Hasbro learn to let the fans Transform their stuff for them.

There is hope. Methinks an undercover fan has infiltrated Hasbro for the Classics line. :tftongue

I'm ready to rumble! Seriously, that's the guy I'm looking forward too. I'm interested to see if they do a frenzy too. That would be really cool.

I'm hoping they give rumble some sort of hands as well as the pounders.

I wonder how many of the people complaining about this fig are gonna buy it any way when it comes out. There are over 20 Alts to chose from right now plus Takaratomy exclusive repaints/remolds. If you've been a completist this long, meaning Rico and Rollbar didn't stop you, then how can this Awesome(IMO) fig stop you? I think he's 100 times better than Ricochet. Even in his present prototype state.

because they were robots. not animals... i'll probably get it and leave it sealed in alt mode simply because I am a completist with alts...

It's a Robotic animal just like the original Ravage, Laserbeak, Ratbat ect. None of them had a humanoid robot modes either.

Exactly. This Ravage is just like his G1 self except he is now a car instead of a boring cassette.

Fanboy answer: For climbing, fighting, spying and re-con missions he still has his cat mode, but for fast getaways or running down Autobots he has a car alt mode. Cool.

I guess this makes Ravage one of the only exceptions thus far. I will agree an Alt scale Jaguar is a hell of a lot cooler to have than a transforming tape cassett so no complaints there.

Though we all know this is severely mistransformed a couple of things. The hood bumper look to be attached so I guess this means no engine or weapon. :tdown Also doesn't anybody else wonder where the rockets go in the alt mode. The look to either detach or fold in against the rear fender or something. I'm really hoping for chromed missils, and wheels on this one. Also black plastic won't look half bad. it looks amazingly gloss on the kittyvett. :thumb

So if this is the direction Habro is going in I wonder what we'll see as Laserbeak or Ratbat. Soundwave for the most part can be an Escalade and his minions can roll behind him. :thumb

i did this a while back and did no justice to the figure. i can't wait for this new alt to come out.

The rockets fold in under the rear fender wells. THere's a pic of the underside of the car mode here:

I think those rockets make up for any loss of an engine weapon... and make it quite obvious who this is supposed to be for all those unsure.... of course in true Hasbro fashion this could end up being Megatron for all we know.
