This movie is fantastic! If I get as much of a thrill watching the movie as I did just reading this (very old) script, then I will be one happy Transfan!

 

Oh, and Megatron devouring the sparks of his enemies- the perfect touch.

i started downloading it but decided against it. i've read a few comments but i don't want to read the script.

 

shame ratchet and jazz won't have the personallity they deserve

From what I've read, there is nothing wrong with that script. If people just want to Starscream, then that's what they'll do, but it won't be because the story sucks. It doesn't.

the story is realy Powerglideing awsome. i don't like the bots, but i'm watching the movie due to the story.

Having read the script I have to say that although there are some plot holes in there (Bumblebee's injured voice box that ratchet can't fix, Skorponok disapeering after being injured in the desert) and too much product placement,(you have commercials for EBAY, Starbucks, APPLE, Microsoft, American Express, inside an hour and a half commercial for toys, GM and MILITARY Recruitment!) it feels like its going to be a fun summer movie. Mind you I said a fun "Summer" movie and not a fun Transformers movie. I mean it might be a fun film but i can see alot of fans turned off by the changes they make. I could care less becuase when it all boils down to it its live action Transformers on the big screen! I just want people to remember that this film is not aimed at us fans but at the masses who don't know the difference between an Autobot and a Decepticon.

 

I found it to be a quick and enjoyable read and although they do take liberties with some of the characters I think they did a good job with it overall. I hope they did a few more revisions being that the script is dated Feb. of this year, i would like to see more of Starscreams interactions with Megatron. Also would like to see more of what caused the "Energon Cube" to be hurled into space.

 

Part of me wished they called "Sector Seven" GI JOE instead...Would love to see one of the soldiers named Duke or something as a nod to the history of the closeness of both Hasbro franchises. I felt the movie borrowed a little too much from other films too. ID4, AVP, and even The Lost World:Jurassic Park. wish there was a scene after Megatron is lowered into the abyss that showed he still functioned.....(perhaps hidden scene after the credits roll?) Can't wait till next summer, Spidey 3 will definitly own next year, but i am looking forward to seeing these characters come to life. Even if it means seeing an XBOX sprout legs and go crazy.

your attatched photo looks like my custom. you might want to paint the feet black to break up the silver though
