Makes it look bland to me. If it was red and black I'd be all over it though.

SUX BALLS IMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait to buy this prime.  He's the worst mold I've ever seen, but I love his head!  I'm planning on using it for a kitbash :D

even tho this mold is getting a ton of Blot (i'm sure most of it's just kuz it's prime and he's not an uber big leader, stfu fan boys) i like both versions and it'll prolly be my first alt repaint purchase.  the dodge ram is prolly the only pick up truck toy i'd consider buying as i'm not a fan of pick ups but the ram just looks uh... iunno but it's the only truck i've ever been able to say looks good.  keeping with the alternators theme, this is prolly the only good choice for prime, at least the only do-able choice.  any who i'll def pick up one of them, and prolly mirage too (damn he's nice, although the legs look weird).

I hate trucks with spoilers.... I just don't see the point. Are they expecting it to go faster?

Apparantly the one on that particular truck does work.  My guess is that it prevents the airflow from swirling in the bed and causing additional drag.  One of those flat, top-of-the-bed-height cargo covers would have the same effect.

spoilers don't cause anything to go faster.....  the whole point of a spoiler period is to increase traction at higher speeds, a spoiler is kinda like an airplane wing turned upside down.  instead of giving lift it causes downforce in the rear allowing rear-wheel-drive vehicles to maintain traction at higher speeds. i guess some people just like the way they look, it's their vehicle i suppose.  i'm personaly not a big fan of spoilers, and there realy isn't a purpose for one on any street car other than just for looks.  i suppose it'd help the weekend warrior out at the drag strip but thats about it.

i don't think it'd completly stop the air swirling in the bed as (according to a recent ish episode of mythbusters) the truck is designed to do that.  it'd just shave a layer off to cause downforce in the rear.  i'm not an engineer soooo thats just imo, but i realy don't think it'd be the same as a tanau(sp?) cover.
