I saw the REAL Bluestreak

Recommended Posts

I was waiting for the bus today to go to school, and at the stop where I was waiting, a Datsun 280ZX pulled up.  And not only was it a Datsun, it had the exact same color scheme as anime Bluestreak.

My jaw dropped and I started to :drool

So I came to the following conclusion.

It was:

1.) A fellow Transformers fan who decided to make his/her car look like Bluestreak

2.) A really freaky coincidence (most likely possibility)

3.) It really was Bluestreak and he is just waiting for the call to action (least likely to happen, but wishful thinking never hurt anyone) :tfgrin

All very good theories. I personally would go w/ #2 as well, but #3 sure does look good.

3 is the fan reaction. one and two are also possibilities though

Let me xbob this for you. A Datsun 280ZX is the styling of Smokescreen. Bluestreak was a 280Z.  :tflaugh

dude the other week same thing only with alt wind charger red s2000 with a black soft top and i had the same reaction

and me same thogots

There's this one place around my neighborhood that always has a Mustang GT Street Tuning (Alt Wheeljack), but it's all yellow, with two black stripes running down the middle.

I thought it might've been Wheeljack wanting to look cooler, so he dressed up as Sunstreaker...

There was a fan in the UK who had a Datsun Fairlady ZX done up in the exact colours of Prowl  - complete with strobe rack. ;)

I remember seeing photos of it from a con.. possibly BotCon Europe 1999?

The anime paintjob for the 280 series was actually relatively common, as was an alternate version with royal blue sides and a grey hood/roof.

thats just too hardcore for me. or im jealous, cuz i have a 1990 mustang and aint no transformer after my car.

Well, close to my home I have seen almost ALL alt/BT:

Silverstreak, Sidesweep, Red Meister, Blue Prowl, Yellow and Blue Tracks, Swerve, Windcharger, Decepticharge (w/out sponsors, of course), Broadblast, Sunstreaker (BTA version), Hound, Swindle, Rollbar, Optimus Prime and, the most amazing for me, Wheeljack, exactly like the toy, white w/ blue stripes right in front of my house!!!

Oh, yep, the Bumblebee of our dreams I see every day  :tftongue

I think I need to take my camera w/ me to take some pics...
