Don't dog the Throttlebots, they were cool! That pull-back engine gave us kids hours of endless funs... we used to have Throttlebot races in the school playground!

 

At the Sabretron 2004 convention, we decided to re-enact this childhood game where we held the Throttlebot Grand Prix and Obstacle Course Race! Man... even 20 years later, it was a whole lot of FUN!! We even had one attendee from Canberra (the con was in Sydney) who stayed up the whole night before the con in his hotel room PRACTISING his Throttlebot racing techniques and testing each of his Throttlebots for performance - his Freeway was the winner (for me, Wideload was my fastest).

 

Throttlebots rock!
