Yes. G1 Ravage was rebuilt and reformatted as a Predacon, which is BW Ravage. There is also an artificially intelligent/sentient (although technically not living) copy of BW Ravage's persona which travelled back in time, captured G1 Ravage and became BT Ravage.

One tihng I thought i'd mention. at Botcon, it was revealed that Hasbro first preposed the character as female. it was Takara that made the character male in their version.

No. According to Hasbro officials at Botcon 2005, Override was planned and designed as a male. However, Cartoon Network wanted more female presence, so Hasbro had to turn Override into a female as he looked the most feminine.

If my memory serves me correctly, wasnt the last page in the G1 MTMTE #8 issue, the prelide to BW..with Dinobot and Megatron stealing the golden disks...and megatron even says "You can now call me megatron" or something along those lines

Yea he came from Machine Wars. Megaplex was Megatron's clone. A tiny bit of story there, also whatever is said in E-Hobby Megaplex's bio.

Robot Masters is more complicated. I am saying to take Megaplex's origin, and use that, but not use the entire thing (not like there was anything else tho)

Btw, Robot Masters is kinda in continuity... it's fundamentally the same concept as Transformers Universe -- Transformers from different points in time and space come together... worlds collide, yada yada yada.
