Ok hasbro, Bump him up to 1:24 scale, loose the cannons and you have a Alternator's(Insert any silly minibot name)

he has no neck so thats a downer th ear thing is nice

the colours arnt that fitting for wheel jack but hes going to be repainted at some point so ill see what thats like

all in all its a nice toy

i like the retro feel. i agree the no neck is a bit odd. bit of a trend in this line but i like the popping out ears. the paint is okay it could be a bit more muscle car but then again it could have been alot worse

Is it me or does Cyb WJ look to Eeevil to be an Autobot?

Hmmm...

I'll keep my eye on the repaint...

This is my favorite deluxe by far from cybertron. For a 'Cuda I wouldn't expect anything but green & black. nice job on this one Hasbro. Both modes are great and a simple but well hidden transformation. The head does turn about a millimeter one way but its not like he's the first transformer with an unmoveable head. BTW this guy is Wheeljack to me. My Downshift is the KB repaint of Energon DS

so which is better, cyber downshift or crosswise?

I call my Energon DS Wheeljack, and this will be his upgraded version, since from the bio it's supposed to be the same character I think.

As for the G1 Classic lines, while the mold is nice, I think they should try and keep the molds original like they did for the original G1 line, save for some obvious ones like Red alert/Sideswipe, Inferno/Grapple, Trailbreaker/Hoise, Ratchet/Ironhide, the Datsun triplets, and some of the Minibot molds.  I personally wouldn't mind seeing the three D bros as Datsuns again, but with todays engineering technology.

I didn't know where else to ask. Does Downshift (cybertron) have knee articulation? or is he a block like his dumbass predecessor?
