Lobo, this is awesome work. Glad to see you axe the supercab, since Ive never liked extened cab trucks anyway. Look like limos. But a big thumbs up for taking on a character like Grapple, that not just any old vehicle would capture.

Update 1-5-06

Got some more work done.  I have a majority of the front end built but still have to do the truck bed.

Here's some pics of the Alt Mode so far.

Thanks for the compliments!

And here's the work on the bot.

First is how I attached the seat portion to the rear of the truck.  Instead of using screws I made a pin out of styrene so I could take it apart easily for painting.  It was way too tight of an area to get a screwdriver in.  It's pretty strong and it'll hold up weel

And here's a shot of the head mount.  I used Swindles but aligned it as so.  I liked this better because it meant I didn't have to cut a hole in the hood.

And here's a couple pics of the bot all together.

This will probablly be the last update until it's finished.  Gotta leave some suprises!  :D

Hope you all enjoy!

I like how you used Energon pieces to make the neck assembly. (It is Energon, right?)

Nope.  Just styrene and the neck from Swindle.  The whole part swings down and puts the head behind the dash.  Really similar to Swindle but mounted a bit different.
