It is up to you, I would suggest however opening them in moderation. Specifically do rush and open everything at once, even if you have the space. Savor each TF one at a time. Also if you need to store them better you can discard or flatten the boxes. I however keep all my boxes and the contents within. Then again, I only buy what I really like too. :)

For ones that I really like, and can afford, I buy two. One to keep sealed and one to play with.

The only TF's I still have in box are those I bought to repaint/kitbash. All others are opened after receiving them (buy them in bulk on-line and open them one per day just to stretch it out).

 

On my attic I have this large, flat box (from my LCD tv) in which I keep all the empty TF boxes (folded flat) with an extra small box for the instructions and another small box for little extra's (like the techspec cards).

 

 

They're called Transformers, how do people expect to transform them if they keep them in their box?

It has always seemed to me that the consensus of the community here is that MISB is teh suck. Not saying its bad to leave some doubles in the box if you want, but goodness take the poor guys out of stasis lock!!

All my transformers are out of those annoying boxes. I like to play and enjoy them from time to time. What's the joy of having toys inside boxes?

I take mine out, but I do save the boxes. I have a storage closet in my basement half full of empty TF packages :tflaugh1

I leave only exclusives in the box.I open the rest though.

Are opened as well. Cut the plastic bubble/blister of with a sharp knife (without damaging the print or leaving any sharp edges on it). I throw away the plastic, but keep the rest.
