yeah, i woul;d buy that sucker inmediately.  And if I recall correctly, FM was priced at $70.00 then, so I think a new cityformer would be around that price  tag.

That's a pretty nifty idea, and it would be cool if they would be packed parts of a fully Transformable Fort Max ala Marvel Legends' Sentinel and Galactus. They don't have to worry about exta space, but the fact that they have to make it transformable may take a lot of R&D.

Did the original Fort Max actually cost that  much?

The smaller Fort Max versions were cool in thier own right, but if anything, he needs to get bigger instead of smaller.  I always hated the fact that certain bots were supposed to turn into a headquarters for the rest of thier team (like Max, and Metroplex especially) yet they weren't even as tall as some of thier teammates.  I'd LOVE a 2.5 - 3 foot tall mainline Fort Max some time in the future, that turned into a FUNCTIONAL home base for the other Autobots.  That's just me though... but I'll buy 2, so technically it's just me and one other pseudo-person.  :tflaugh

The original Fort Max was $100 mine still has the pirce sticker on the box.....As for a moder redo...I would very much like to see one as long as it is done well.

hell frikin yea i want a fort max, i've been barking up that tree since i been on the board

I'm six peices away from completeing my G1 Fortmax.  Just need Cog's arms, his gun, the Radar Dish, and the two arm ramps.  The first three are easy to find jsut pricy, can't seem to find the ramps seperate anywhere though.
