Another hypothetical Fort Max thread

Recommended Posts

I was just wondering how many of us as a fandom would be willing to fork over $100 on a modern "Fort Max" style bot... a big cityformer, somewhere just over 2 feet tall, with a complex transformation and a boatload of detail and gimmicks.  Something in the mainline, like FM was in his day.  Thoughts?

Heck yeah :thumb

You got my vote dude!  :beer

idd go for it the thing is kids parents dont want to spend $100 on a single TF...

tho those homo robot thingys and robot dogs go for $$$

Well how many parents allow their kids to get BTs at $50 or more a pop or Botcon exclusives or reissues or etc...?

You guys'd go for it.  But the parents won't.  And thus, Hasbro'd never produce it, because they'd just be digging themselves a financial hole with this one.

Well who said Hasbro would produce it? :tfevil

none (most likly) but thier all aimed just at collectors plus their made in smaller numbers and cost less to make (far less plastic anyway maybe alittle more to put together)

any who if they made a fort max with megalo convoy style bot mode idd be all over it

one thing that has bugged me about city bots are that thier alts modes look nothing like citys they just look like random blocks. maybe have him as a gaint battle ship like that GIJoe thing or a space cruser then add a fortress mode

Well I agree. I don't think I'd be worried whether parents would spend the money or not.

Maybe they would, you know how much those bloody power wheels toys go for? Like $400 !
