Planet keys annoying

Recommended Posts

I store mind Force Chips in a plastic bag with all the other loose TF accessories.

mmm, to me they're ok, just anyother TF Gimmick, what I want to know is how do they know how to call on its power in the show?  I mean it's like all the sudden they know... and it wasn't explain in the show too.  reminds me of how Power Rangers know how to pilot their Megazord the 1st time they get them.

That would be Hasbro butchering storylines.

If you watch Galaxy force They learn about the planet keys from Vector prime and he initially unlocks there abilties.  Apparently Siebertron is the common home world of all transformers and those that never migrated (IE prime and company) never had the extra abilities since those are tied into the planet your formatted to survive on.  Which is why characters change planet keys when they reformat for different worlds.  The Cybertron cartoon cut out alot of important stuff mainly they were trying to tie it into Energon and Unicron, where as Galaxy Force has nothing to do with Unicron and is a completely different reality from Energon or any other previouse show.

We only have 3 GF figs. We have 1 Earth, 1 Speed and one Jungle key.

When playing with my son, rather than go fetch the 'keys' I just pop a tab off a nearby soda/tea/whatever can and use it in stead.

Hasbro isn't butchering anything. GF is different from Cybertron, and Cybertron is different from GF. You say it like Hasbro didn't have anything to do with the making of their own show. Remember, Takara and Hasbro are working together.

Anyway, it's logical that a weapon that's inactive in a TF's body because of lack of sufficient power would be unknown to the TF. the Cyber Key/Force Chip most likely provides that power/energy, as well as "unlocking" it. If ya think about it, they're kinda like Minicons :tflaugh1

If ya think about it, they're kinda like Minicons

Except no one has to think about their rights and liberate them- or wonder whether it's okay to utilize them.

well...Super SS actually has storage space for his, which is badass...

As does Snarl/Fang Wolf, depending on which mode he's in.  In wolf mode, the storage is on his right rear leg.  In robot mode, since the entire wais turns, it become his left leg.

I wanted the show to be more like Raiders of the Lost Ark, where they have  to explore plantest and seek the keys out (heck steal a page from Dragon Ball).

Is there like a robot guy with this big key chain holding all these cyber keys?

Should we have a robot key chain?  That wakes up in the end and steals all the keys back?

Its like take a page from HEMAN and raise your hand to the sky and yell "BY THE POWER OF PRIMUS!!!!  I HAVE THE KEYS AND I AM DRIVING!!!!"  And little bumble bee is like "NO PRIME YOUR DRUNK!"  -SMACK- "SHAD UP!"

*SMACK*

Take the keys out after unloackig the gun/sword/what ever and hide them in a ziplock baggy. At leas the Keys arn't as ugly as having a small car atached to your but.

Like most gimmicks as light/sound and launchers, I just don't like the keys.

from what i understand:

In Galaxy Force: Vector Prime reveals that the tf's had the power to use force chips all along.

In Cybertron: Vector Prime "gives" the tf's the ability to use cyber keys.
