Keeping TF boxes

Recommended Posts

I've kept even all my G1 boxes. Now it's worth so much more on ebay since I did. Keep it - you'll have an easier time selling it and making the most amount of money off it that you can in the future.

I still have all my 40+ GeeWun boxes.

I keep all, boxes, bubbles, catalogs...

I keep all the boxes and have kept all the cards and bubbles from basic/deluxe figures. Unfortunately my attic has become overrun by them. I have no choice now but to go through and eliminate the bubbles but I'll keep the cards and I'll probably even keep the inserts with the bots name on it. Those don't take up a great deal of space so it should help me clear out some room. I'll always keep the boxes though, even though it was opened and the toy removed, at least with those you can always put the figure back in, tie it back down and it will still look good.

I keep all the boxes and I keep the card backings on the smaller figures, but I discard the bubble.

i keeep all boxes and instructions, cards, books....to hell with the twist ties lol

I keep most boxes, but I think I may get rid of them soon.

I used to keep my boxes, but after 400 tf's, boxes are just a big fat wste of space that could be used for... Wel... Unboxed tf's.  Sure there are some boxes I keep, like the 'book' reissues, the MP box and the BT boxes, but the add something to the figures. The other ones, nices as they may look... I kill them off.

:pfx The only boxes I kept were my Beast Wars.. yeah, go fig.. I guess after I wasted a bunch of boxes for boxes I kinda figured 'boxes are for the trash' .. so now I keep atleast one catalogue if they come with it, the instructions of course.. and the rest is scrap. :tfgrin

-edit- Oh, except for the TRU/TAK Reissues.. those boxes are handy to keep around.

I'am glad to see people throwing out their boxes. it makes mine more valuable. :roll

I just use mine as added insulation in the attic :thumb
