Keeping TF boxes

Recommended Posts

Hi folks

Was just wondering how many of you actually keep the boxes for your TFs ?

I have both domestic and import (Japanese) release TFs - and was thinking of getting rid of the boxes for just my domestic release TFs (but obviously keeping the instructions, cards, etc) - and was just asking for any advice about what I should do..

All ideas will be greatly and thankfully recieved!! :tfgrin

i keept my reissue packages and my 20th prime package... i've kept all my japanese boxes; MP -01 and Robotmasters etc.... But this new Cybertron Packaging, especially the super class ones look nice enough to hold onto for sure

I keep ALL my Japanese boxes, and all of my Alternator boxes, though some are in bad shape. I also keep most boxes of figures larger than Deluxes, unless I've sold the figure and have no more need of a box. I never try to keep the cards from Deluxes or Basics, though.

I used to keep my boxes, but after 400 tf's, boxes are just a big fat wste of space that could be used for... Wel... Unboxed tf's. Sure there are some boxes I keep, like the 'book' reissues, the MP box and the BT boxes, but the add something to the figures. The other ones, nices as they may look... I kill them off.

takara stuff i keep hasbro i just bin

I'm keeping the boxes for all my import TFs (Superlink, Galaxy Force), plus the boxes for my Alternators, re-issues, and the backing cards for all my domestic TFs (plus all the instructions obviously) - apart from that, I'll probably need to get rid of all my TF boxes, since I am currently running ridiculously short of floor space in my bedroom! :tftongue

Hope that helps explain more of my predicament, and what I had planned. Will probably be making my final decision about this whole situation over the weekend!!

Thanks for your help anyway folks - much appreciated!!

I keep all boxes, inserts, rubber bands, and twisty ties.

I am insane.

I keep all the paperwork, but the boxes all get the boot no matter where the toy came from.

I keep everything but KO packaging. even the twisties and rubberbands.

I don't have any of the packaging. Takes up too much room.
