I'm betting it's Thrust in Japan, and Hasbro didn't want to use the name Thrust for this guy. Ya know, because 'Decepticharge' is so fargin cool... :tfpuke ... and, no gun, again, but a scanner. Again, I'll bet money that the Takara version has a gun.

 

Between the dumbass name and the craptastular stickers offered, I'm thinking that this may be the first Transformer I pass on. Or, at the very least, I'm taking a Testors custom kit to him and make him Thrust.

Honestly, though, I LIKE BW2 Thrust, but still, the paint-job, the very amateur 'knock off' looking stickers, the gutting of the gun, again - and now one of the worst names for Transformers envisioned as an 'original' name, no less, on an homage line...

 

I like Prowl as well, but Alt Prowl looks like a crappy overall effort at the end of the day.
