It seems the point has been missed about the Optimus on the communicator. It's only lame because Magnus comes with a matrix. Considering Optimus also has a matrix puts it in the "WTF" category.

Thank you...yes that's what I was trying to mean...ggrrr.

here's an idea scrap the matrix chamber, matrix, axe, and diaclone magatron gun and with the money they sve how about incuding a snap togeather model kit trailer that can become armor. or just include a snap togeather model kit armor package and i'll pay the extra $20.

:pfx

Definitely. I WANT ARMOR. Not matrix, megs gun, and axe. Just paint the gun white and give him armor. That would be an MP Magnus. But the armor should not make him bigger, but it just attaches to him. Make it like in the show where he and Prime are the same size.

Well, it's not tottaly illogical to have a com-link with prime: after all, UM is under the command of Optimus until he die. And if we take in consideration the unoficial link between binaltech and Master Piece, it happen in the pre movies time. For me, the pic of Optimus Prime is a nice touch.

But for the rest of the acessories, there's just an insulting lack of imagination

I don't get why some people don't like the Optimus Prime on UM's communicator screen. It makes no sense.

The only problem with the toy are lousy accessories. They could have given him nothing else but his own, UM style rifle, and it would have been fine. But no, Takara has to get really cheap and repaint MP Optimus Prime's weapons.

:pfx ...that's how I feel

Ummm...can someone post the pics from the site? FOr some reason it won't seem to load for me...
