:wave :wave You got to be kidding. Do you know that both the Mega SCF Prime and Mega SCF Rodimus/ Hot Rod came with the Matrix? Prime and Rodimus never possessed the matrix at the SAME TIME, yet their toy come with a matrix. It's the same deal with MP Prime & Magnus. Lighten up man, this is a toy, not in continuous sequence time frame like the cartoon.

 

BTW, Magnus had blue eye, what continuity are you following? I know "Ultra" Magnus had blue eye, I don't recall for Magnus cab had blue eye.

...but you said that Ultra Magnus is Magnus plus the trailer/armor, and it is UM's name on the box. I truly think Takara would not have caught as much Blot if they just named it "Masterpiece Magnus", and not put the picture on the back of the box showing him with his armor on.

:wave :wave Indeed Ultra Magnus is cab plus trailer, but we are only getting Magnus. To me, I called this a MP Magnus never a MP UM.

 

As for why Takara not namimg MP Magnus, my only logical explanation is trademark. There are many more product names Magnus more than UM. Secondly, why would Takara want to pay for another TM name when it's the same character? Third, the characters in the cartoon omitted the word Ultra and just called him Magnus anyway i.g. TFTM - Galvatron.

Thinking about the communicator picture of prime, maybe thats just a wallpaper like on a mobile phone. He's got a pictrue of prime for inspiration. :D

I'm still betting it WILL BE a 'Con...just like Prime's. I also bet that it'll be Shockwave to fit with the rest of the DW stuff. Which is fine, sure why not, right?
