have to wait till they get some box pics by the looks of it sould'nt take too long seeing how fast wheeljack and shockwave took

true or wait till the second prototype test shot surfaces with the license plate name.

and the dirt crap is obviously some kind of camoflage. Just who the crap would they call this guy anyway? Skystalker? Nah...  And furthermore, this is entirely the wrong kind of car for Dragstrip, and even moreso for Megatron.

What would be the appropriate kind of car for Ravage and Shockwave then?

I dunno, I cant think of a better car for Shocky, if he's going to be a car as opposed to a truck or a tank. Shockwave: Kind of a weirdo as robots go with his one eye, gun arm, and all drone-like personality. RX-8: Kind of a wierdo as sportscars go: Rotary engine, 2-piece clamshell doors.

And for Ravage, it works also. Panther: Light, sleek, fast animal. Corvette: Light, fast, sleek car.

Alright, Dragstrip as an S2000 as opposed to an indy car or some high powered sportscar is a BIT of a stretch, but not that big.

At least not as big a stretch as Megs as an S2000. C'mon, the leader of the good guys is a huge, powerful semi rig, and the supposed baddest of the baddies is a tiny, 2-seat roadster? He'd get squashed like a mosquito.

Rumble/Frenzy are the most logical identities for this new alt.

As opposed to an eight and a half inch long pistol?? ;)

Given the trouble to have English 'puns' about Thrust on there, and the uncanny resemblance in overall looks and colors to BWII Thrust, and the fact that Hasbro is keeping the name 'Thrust' alive...

What would be the appropriate kind of car for Ravage and Shockwave then?

Shockwave should have been the Mustang redeco (fits his bot mode)

Ravage should have been the S2000 redeco (fits his alt mode)

Wheeljack should have been the Corvette redeco (fits his bot and alt modes!)

Cliffjumper and Bumblebee should have been RX8 redecos exclusive to Walmart and Target...unless they eventually get their own tiny models.

...at least that's how I feel about it, and please before you hastily reply, I know the colors would not have been factory accurate for those models.

Of course, there's nothing accurate at all about this model...

I like the idea of Rumble/Frenzy being ATV...could make their arms attached to the wheels, and be able to flip the back pair forward over the fists and have their piledrivers emulated.

Anyways, I gotta say....HasTak is certainly confusing the heck outta us with all the different hints they've left on this guy.

The #4 could be in reference to Dragstrip, the top "Sponsor" Decal says "Thrust Power" (Above the Destron Oil) which could be a hint towards it being Thrust.

Although, the Dinotron Racing Fuel has me slightly confused. Wasn't there a JP Exclusive G1 toy released with name along the lines of Dinotron?

Edit: There's a Dinotron, just not a G1 JP Exclusive..whoops. http://www.tfu.info/2000/Dinobot/Dinotron/dinotron.htm US Dinobot repaint of BWNeo Hardhead.
