I'd harass the Beastie-hatas, but it's a moot point arguing considering their loss is ALWAYS my gain. Of course, since I collect just about everything that does lead to a very taxing beatdown to my wallet. >_<

*kicks wallet* BE BIGGER, DAMMIT!!!

Did any of you look at the other photos that he mentions? There's a pterydactyle (sp?) that's a bit female-looking in bot mode, what looks to be a rhino's head off the the side of the one pic, some spider-like redish creature at the top, as well as a good photo of Wolfang. Frankly, they all look kick ass, and I really can't wait!

The rhino reminds me of Transmetal Rhinox, only slightly more respectable. I'm still waiting for a good look at Dinoshout.

How are Dinobots considered beastformers??? :tfhuh

They have Animal alt modes.

I've always prefered tech looking beastformers over the organic looking ones. So far I'm really liking all of GF(except the Armarda remoulds) including the beasts.

But I gotta agree that Convoy and Liger jack's combined mode looks like ass. Hopfully there will be other bots later on that also combine with Convoy(one more arm, two legs, maybe a backpack :tfgrin ).

Beastformers were a good stepping stone to what we have, its great that they paved the way for real articulation, interesting transformations and different sculpts, but thats about it. Anything cool about beastformers can be applied to vehicular ones and its only about 10 zillion times cooler.

You guys are missing out. Liger Jack looks amazing. Wonder if he'll be called Cheetor over here.

well... he's hardly a Cheetah now is he?

I don't know why you're all so critical of the liger/convoy combination. The photo is an absolutly horrible angle. You can hardly tell anything from that pic. You wouldn't even realise that liger (apparently) replaces convoy's arm, rather than attaches to it. Just wait till we get some better pics, I'm sure it'll be quite interesting.

I must say though, I resent them calling him a liger. I see no stripes or spots or other traits of a liger not inherited through the lion. See here for information on ligers.

Erm... sertile, since when do ligers have magical powers?

WOW the new molds are gr8 but none of you have touched on skidz hes gr8 for a basic size and has a rather bad ass altmode WITH INTERIOR

And we also get not one, but two Hot Rod homages - Skids' vehicle mode and Excillion's bot mode.
