I wouldn't be too surprised if those in the Walmart system are from molds we've already seen. With the holiday season around the corner and Walmart having tons of exclusives come the holiday season... Well, that's my speculation anyway.

Well i would have said that maybe they are Transformers: Prime figures, if we saw this USA WM listing before the Takara (yesterday) one. BUT, since Takara is also doing these, i will say most likely its a new mold for a G1 like Prime b/c i HIGHLY doubt that they would release old dated used up (and imo nasty/lame) molds for the leaders in a kick ass new toyline. It wouldnt fit, and the already dlx molds for Prime/Megatron are not good enough to lead these new Generations figures.

If you think about it, im probably right. Dont you think? ;)

The info about the Walmart upc's comes from this ATT post which shows that it mixes up HFTD and Generations toys together, which would be a mistake on whomever entered it's part as the two lines come in sperate shipping assortments. So the Bumblebee could very well be another movie redeco (not like they use those molds sparingly or anything). A sub par or not popular mold has never stopped Hasbro OR Takara before when it comes to re releasing it. Then you add in the tooling time and the Optimus and Bumblebee are newer listings, and thats a mighty fast turn around for an Optimus and Bumblebee that we haven't seen hide nor hair of. If, and I mean if, these are new molds. I realistically wouldn't expect them until Summer 2011 or later. We've seen tons of toys slated for release from fall 2010 through spring 2012. IF they managed to slip two brand new molds in without anything popping up somewhere, I'd be pretty impressed. However, man, the prototype for the Prime WFC toy was leaked out before we even knew what WFC was... That would take some level of ninja stealth Hasbro has never displayed before.

I'd love to be wrong though.

*Edit* Looks like I was right. *shrug* Here's hoping the US versions are part of some neat deal.

*edit* AANNDDD looks like maybe not quite, according to the new TFCC ; ) I love being wrong about this : )

Wow, Wreck-Gar looks good. But Im willing to bet that mustache will get a trim before release.

I'm more willing to bet that it will be molded in a soft rubber so they can leave it long and cool looking. ;)

This looks great to me so far! I really am looking forward to getting this one!

Awesome head on Wreck-Gar, but I'm slightly concerned the asymmetrical design might not look so good in person.

...Anyone know what the Masterpiece reference is about? Just Hasbro Hot Rod perhaps, or something else? :tfhuh

To me, the asymmetrical design is the best part. He's supposed to seem like he's put together with spare parts, and the kibble looks as like parts found at random that just happen to form a coherent motorcycle mode. I thought that was a great design choice.

This. His ugly assymetricness is the best part. Love it.

check out his crotch pegs and the holes on his left shin/alt mode seat, totally tooled to snap together! getting at least two of these guys!

He hasn´t got his machine gun boobs, damnit! :argh

look again, theyre there! :win

Oh yeah, so they are, blended in too well. :lol They're kinda on his shoulders now though

I can't get over just how IMPRESSED I am with Wreck Gar, that robot mode doesn't look like it actually transforms (aside from the pins and hinges), it looks like a pvc. This is a seriously impressive sculpt so far.
