I tottally agree with you...but I won't stop collecting TF.....I just don't reconize those as TF they are MBformers. So I just collect the other lines instead....

 

I can't wait for Generations line to come out...this line could be just what all the loyal fans could want in a line called Generations.

All the snazzy paint in the world can't make those characters palatable. I can't believe anyone is defending them. Even if you didn't think they were racist--and they were--you have to admit they were obnoxious. Yes, masterminicon, just like Jar Jar.

 

My guess is those cars have to be in the movie as a product placement, but if you're Chevy, is that really the kind of promotion you're looking for? "Mommy, buy that car, it'll turn into the illiterate Transformer with the gold tooth!"

Right on, right on...totally obnoxious, and the exact equivalent of Jar Jar x2. But also, just bad decision on top of bad decision. And like ROTF which I still don't own nor care to, I don't own a single one of the 'new' Star Wars movies...just the originals for me (much better made!).

I keep looking at the TFU Legends Wheelie/ROTF Shadow Striker mold and thinking these cars could make a decent robot. Hell, the chewed caramel heads is the only negative in the ROTF twins toys for me.

....Please if they wanted to put twins in the movie, And I do man GOOD twins then Bay should have put in Runabout and Runamuck...But sadly Bay said lets make fun of some minorities....(Slaps face to palm) why does he keep being STUPID!!!

i get sick of people calling the characters racist. dont get me wrong, i dont like them in the least (aside from their HA toys) but their behavior is representative of a culture, and as far as i know, culture does not equal race. now a white, black, mexican, or asian could behave the same way, but it is still not indicative of race, and since they are ALIEN ROBOTS WHO ARE GREEN AND ORANGE i think its those who call the characters racist who are the real racists.

I think his decision of black chevy's is his way of saying "**** you, haters who hate". I LOVE when people do that. It shows some kind of...ballsy yet respectable attitude, at least in this case.

 

and i should reiterate, if these chracters are truly racist, then we should boycott the Boondocks.

They look really cool. Hope they have new faces to. Maybe this time they will combine in Robot mode.

If these things are done...I think that they could make the movie better. Look what Lucas did to JarJar after SW:Episode I.

They just need some adjustments.
