movies worse than ROTF

Jennifer's body. Haven't seen it nor will I, but it is a movie that would be carried by fox's "acting talent" :roll

How about Titanic (WORST movie ever made), Prime (the name alone gives me shivers- a Prime is an Autobot leader not a romance movie), well pretty much anything romantic is worse.

And of course low-grade porn.

Anything with Ewe Boll's name stamped on it.

^ The DVD commentaries are fuckin' hilarious, though. It's funny seeing how highly he thinks of himself and his vision while at the same time trashing everything about his movies. It's like Spoony says, he's NUTS.

There are a LOT of movies worse than ROTF, and I think one of them is Titanic; it's frickin' stupid (although I've never seen it), it's the number one best selling movie of all time! What the frickin' heck?

are you for real asking this?

The movie wasn't that good, but it wasn't that bad either.

Any Friday The 13th after 4.

Hey, I really liked part 7, with the unkillable killer against the telekinetic teenage girl who is definitely NOT a knockoff a Carrie.

Anyways to answer the question though, there are pleanty of worse movies than ROTF, but are there any as bad who put that much time, effort, money, supposed talent, and expectation into their production and still make this bad a movie? There are direct-to-sci-fi-channel original movies about giant alligators that are better than this turd of a film.

The problem is that Titanic isn't a bad movie as much as a type of film I just don't like. I'm not interested in a epic love tail, no matter how well made the film is. I SHOULD like a sci-fi action film about giant alien robots, yet this film even fails to do that properly. If you like mushy stories of love and loss, titanic probably is a good film.

Same goes for Twilight, if you are a mushy overly-emotional teenage girl, that film is done well enough.

The problems with ROTF are that a major portion of it's target audience don't like it, and it's not a well done film (too many open plot holes) to justify the effort put into it.

As far as bad robot movies go, lets not forget Robot Jox. I just blew the dust of my dvd and watched it the other day.

I liked Robot Jox. It's low budget with mostly unknown actors, but the designs were more enjoyable than TF2007/ROTF, and the only plot point I'd complain about is the brief "space battle." The rest was just fine by me.

Now the sequel, Robot Wars, was actually badly done. Still, it was a low-budget direct to video film. You can't expect as much as you should be able to expect from a high end summer blockbuster that ended up being crap.

all about waterworld?
