Not surpisingly, Michael Bay's Armageddon & Bad Boys II made the Top 25 List:

Moviefone's Top 25 Worst Blockbusters Ever

I don't care about arguments on either side, if you must write ur 2 cents, keep it to one line. Simply write agree or disagree, pls. That said, I:

Agree.

Top 10 worse, I wouldn't go that far. It wasn't one of the best, but top 10 worse, nah.

Yeah. There have been far worse movies on general release making good money than ROTF. By no means was it a good film but I still enjoyed it more than Titanic or the other movies on the list

(my reasons for stating Titanic is because to me it seemed to be about spectacle rather than an interesting storyline, historical accuracy and that bloody song that people ought not to ever hear again.)

Hell, Wolverine sucked more and even that still had it's moments.

There are some films on there that realy deserve it though

I agree with this too.

Face it people, we've created a monster. Following a strong positive reaction to his 2007 live-action franchise launcher, director Michael Bay went buck wild on the follow-up, piling on more explosions, more uncomfortable stereotyping, more leg-humping and more fights. (Can you even tell the robots apart when they tussle? We can't.) As if plot ever mattered, part 2's storyline somehow makes even less sense than the first movie's.

Thank you. Glad I'm not the only one to notice this. :yay

Only movie on the list I liked was Wild Wild West.

24, 22, 21, 20, 18, 16, 13, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, and 1 are all movies I liked. Some more than others. How one could put Patch Adams on the worst blockbusters ever list is beyond me. Wonderful movie. Some of them, like Batman & Robin were all right. Not great, but ok. Same w/ no 12 (blanking on the name). Some of the others I haven't seen. Obviously ROTF doesn't belong there IMO. Actually, all the movies I listed don't belong on that list. I can think of plenty to replace them, and then some.

Man, Critics just love ragging on movies the majority of the American public actaully like. I guess they feel the need to make themselfs feel smarter or better then the rest of us who can just sit back and enjoy a movie for what it is. Not every summer blockbuster can be as good as the Dark Knight or Spider-man 2. They shouldn't have to be. If these critics are looking for Oscar class acting in ROTF, Armageddon, and Bad Boys 2, they are truly insane.

I disagree !

I'm not gonna waste my time with the rest of the list, nor am I going to read what the authors have to say :shrug

The only recent movie I saw that really sucked was Street Figther - Legend of Chun Li ... damn that was a bad flic :wtf

ROTF was awesome (yeah yeah, storyline bla bla ... I had fun watching it, so I rate it awesome), and so were most of the others in that 10-6 list, the author is obviously taking his view on things too seriously, but hey it's the internet, if he want's to write garbage then I wish him fun, I can ignore it ;)

edit: most good rating movies are garbage in my eyes, they're mostly boring and provide me nothing outside my day to day life except some oh-so-ingenious storyline/plot ... yeah great, I'll take huge transforming robots over that anytime :)

10: agree 9: disagree 8: agree 7: disagree 6: ?? 5: disagree 4: agree 3: ?? 2: agree 1: agree
