This is my favorite Transformer series to date, and cant wait for Beast Machines to hit DVD.

 

The story line was excellent, and even had a few stories that had nothing to do with the main story, just a little adventure off on their own. Which is something that I miss in the energon episodes.

 

Why not let mainframe do a universe cartoon, hell they already have 3-D models for most of the beast wars members anyway. And it would give them something to do other then make shows like My scary godmother that aired on CN the first weekend in Oct.

Did the Japanese continuity have any thing to do with the show we were able to watch?

Actually it did, at least according to the Japanese. After Primal blew up in the quantum surge thing, he went to another planet and fought in the Japanese Beast Wars. after that he came back to Earth.

 

Personally, I'm not surprised he never brought it up. :tflaugh

Maybe the trip back through Quantum space stripped those memories form his spar? Or maybe it just didn't relate. It would have been cool though if they made some type of reference to BW II or Neo or what ever it's called.

Beast Wars was pretty cool, and I agree with the statement about toy inclusion, it ruined G1.

 

I really did like the decepticons in Beast Wars, they were totally awesome.

 

Beast Machines was a really cool story too and offered a great ending for Optimus and Megatron.
