What AUTOBOTS would you like to see in TF3?

Recommended Posts

Here is what I would love to see as the alternate mode for a proper movie version of Elita-1 in the next film:

Elita-1-2006-SuperCrewzer-A.jpg

It's a 2006 Ford F-650 "Super Crewser". The original photo was white with turquoise and black detailing. I digi-bashed it into Elita's colors. I'm trying to draw a decent robot mode, but the movie style is not exactly my forté.

Can you digibash it in burgundy with orange highlights........ROTF Rodimus!

I could, but I'm not gonna. :tfevil It's not exactly the vehicle I would see as Rodimus. I chose this vehicle for Elita-1 because it's a sleek, sexy truck that would make for a good female Autobot leader of compatible size to Optimus Prime. For Rodimus, I'd go more with an SUV rather than a pickup.

Isn't that what Rodimus Prime always was?

OOOH.... BURN! (sorry, sorry... :P) But seriously, that would make a SWEET Elita 1.

I would not MIND seeing Elita in the next movie, but I feel like she should be central to whatever plot they stick her in. And I just don't see her as being central to the plot of the next one.

But then again that may just be the arrogance of me seeing plot ideas through my own eyes, as opposed to someone else's...

Ultra Magnus in his G1 colors

Brawn

Sunstreaker

Prowl

wheeljack

Trailbreaker

cliffjumper

Rodimus was never a pickup, if that's what you mean. He was originally a futuristic sports car who became a futuristic Winnegego. Energon Rodimus was a Semi truck drag racer. He's never been a pickup.

Funny.

Anywhat. Here's the line art for my concept design for a movie style Elita-1 for her robot mode:

Rather then add more Autobots can we get more characterization for the ones that got very little screentime/characterization? Jolt. Sideswipe. How about let the Twins grow up a bit?

I say set the movie a decade after the first. The Twins have grown up and are actually pretty badass. Sideswipe and Jolt are regulars on the team after Ironhide's untimely death during the opening scenes (a shocker, more drama). Let Bumblebee speak for crying out loud. And have the cycle sisters drown during a comic prequel somehow.

But since it wouldn't be right if they didn't include anymore Autobots I'd have to go with:

- Cliffjumper (seems like they don't mind reusing character models. he could also be an interpreter for Bumblebee with hilarious consequences).

- Prowl (C'MON! possible awesome fight with Barricade).

- Cheetor (with his Transtechy design, I think he'd fit right on in as a bit character).

- Kup (working with the human military, maybe as a crapy old jeep. Hey they could even find him in a museum! A funny tidbit could be if he was originally driven around by General Patton.)

- some giant character. Omega Supreme is the obvious choice but it'd be nice to see Broadside or Sky Lynx instead. Movieverse Sky Lynx would be utterly terrifying looking and equally as awesome.

Exactly! Good Idea!

Awww... you cut me deep. Arcee being human sized has so much Untapped Potential (Please forgive the shameless-plug :tfgrin )

I would like to see a Superman and Batman relationship between Optimus Prime and (i do not know any Batman-esque transformer).

or

I'd like to see a friendly rivalry between Bumblebee and Hotshot.

or

I would like to see a Spielberg moment between Bumblebee and Sam without being so ham-handed.

Not sure if he's been mentioned (didn't get through all 8 pages), but given my name sake I'd love to see Metroplex, or any of the city bots. He could serve as a mobile NEST headquarters.
