Why not? It is a movie. I mean, the Matrix still worked...

Well two Prime deaths have happened before in one continuity I believe.

I think that the Matrix falls under that "We left it ambiguous so we aren't obligated to anything in the sequel" umbrella.

 

Eh, I think that the "General Audience" who they seem to be so determined to please would get miffed if Prime died again... that's something you ALWAYS have to take into account in the "Bayverse"...

here's a thought, now that Alien robots are a known fact in the real world, I want to see Beachcomber join Green Peace and board one of their boats to stop an oil Tanker. It would be cool to see him as a Hybrid Scandals wearing Dune Buggy Hippie!

Moonracer/Flareup/Whatever (Motorcycle unit strategist)

 

Skids (Autobot Decoy Warrior)- He, along with his brother, work to protect humans and lure Cons away from them

 

Mudflap (Autobot Decoy Warrior)- See Skids

 

Jolt (Experimental Autobot Warrior)- Jolt volenteered to test new weapons created by Wheeljack. The result is that Jolt can create electrical attacks. He is willing to help, but is a bit shy when others grow interested in his new abilities. It is rumored that Jolt is the key to allowing two Transformers to join sparks and create a true gesalt (unlike the hive mind, robot form-lacking Con combiners).

 

 

NEW BOTS

 

Wheeljack (Autobot Inventor)- Wheeljack isn't right in the head. Some say he stared at the Allspark a little too long. Others believe he experimented on himself. Whatever the case, he is a strange bot, always wanting to try out new inventions...and heaven help any bot that agrees to be his guinea pig. While this would make many question why he is allowed out of his lab at all, his sucesses, such as Jolt, speak to the fact that maybe, within his spark rattled brain, there lies the key to finally ending the war.

 

Prowl (Autobot Deep Cover Spy)- Prowl does what no other autobot could do. When Optimus needed ears within the Decepticons, Prowl made the sacrifice. In secret he hunted down and killed Decepticon Barricade, taking his place after the events of Mission City. Prowl has forced himself to attack his own friends, never letting on that behind his red optics hides their old friend. He thought he could stick it out...but when he is asked to strike down his old friend Bumblebee, Prowl finds that not even he can continue with the lie (Starts out as Barricade, that alters into his Autobot police car form)

 

The Dinobots (Ancient Seekers)- When the Fallen first turned his optics on Earth, he sent many Seekers to try and eliminate the life on the planet, before his brothers discovered it. 5 such seekers where known as the Dinobots. Taking the form of the giant creatures that roamed, they slaughtered thousands...until fate did their work for them. Trapped in stasis lock, when they finally awake they seek out their old master. But learning he has fallen to another Prime, the 5 swear a begrudging loyalty to the strongest Prime.

 

Bulkhead (Autobot Constructicon...all around nice guy)- Back before the war, Bulkhead was part of the Transformer crew known as the Constructicons. A massive bot, he used his wrecking ball to smash up stuff, but only to make way for new homes and places of entertainment. When the war came, he watched as one by one his friends turned to the Decepticons, becoming cold and heartless and enjoying destruction without meaning. Bulkhead just couldn't handle that, so he went against his friends and joined the Autobots, striking up an unlikely friendship with Autobot scout Bumblebee. Bulkhead finds on Earth a place where he can again explore his creative side...while forcing down his memories and fighting with his new friends against his old ones (Turns into a a wrecking ball crane)

 

Dealer (Autobot mercenary..maybe?)- Dealer isn't trusted by many Autobots. They know the only reason he is fighting for them now is that Prime offered him more. Dealer is a mercenary, and even before the war only joined Ironhide and Starscream's unit for the chance for new weapons and some extra energon. The Autobots will use his strength for now...but they won't turn their back to him...there is a reason some call him Doubledealer.(Dealer/Doubledealer transforms into a modified Sector Seven Land rover {Landmine's design}. Later in the movie, he turns against the Autobots when Megs offers him the last of the Con's energon in exchange for info. Doubledealer changes back and forth several times before being blasted by both parts and makes his escape, broken but all the richer).

I always had a vision of bring Blur into the Bayverse and having him run on the ocean like Superman did.
