I disagree...It has to be Starscream that has Sam pinned down. Starscream has long gimpy looking fingers like that too. Not to mention I don't think those are tank treads on the foot but gears. I really don't see that as megs.

 

The big bot at the end is the Constructicon who's toy we've seen already. Yeah if that was just ONE of them...I can't wait to see them ALL combined!! It also looks like the folks who have the toy already need to wait and get an official one so they can transform him correctly.

 

Also, the bot that prime is fighting at the end looks like this guy right here... Which make me wonder that if this guy is rumored to form one part of devastator... and he's already THAT big.... GOOD GOD Devastator's going to be frikkin HUGE!

I agree, I didnt see Megs or tank treads although I saw something with what looks like 3 big freakin wheels, 2 on the shoulders. I assume thats the part of Dev that people are talking about.... overall Freakin' SWEET!!

Yes I see they look like gears, but to me it looks like the threads in the leaked images of tank Megatron from a few months ago.

Concerning Megatron. That does look like his hand and it does kind of look like tank treads, however, wasn't the titanium version of the Fallen a cybertronian tank? I can't remember.
