Ok, most of you probably have taken advantage of the Toys R Us sale on Animated Deluxes for the low,low price of $6.49!!!!, but have you guys used that "$10 gift card w/ $75 purchase" coupon with the purchase? Told me not with sale items. Anybody else tried using this coupon? edited this mother b/c too many words confuse some ppl

Have you guys seen any of short previews of this series? If one was to base an opinion on just these small perviews...it looks kinda cheesy! But I will give it the benefit of the doubt and see several episodes before I really pass judgement. I sure wish Hasbro would listen to us older fans and quit catering this series to JUST small kids. I would LOVE to see them get bold and produce a Transformers series in CGI like the video game War for Cybertron. (Geared for older fans) Where there's a huge war and fighting going on Cybertron and NO HUMANS!!!! Why can't them do this??????

I found the bio takara gave us for black rodimus to be a bit... corny and full of plot holes. This maybe old news but I was at Toys'R'us today, looking for the Animated Rodimus Figure and came across an Animated Ironhide Figure with Fugitive Waspinator, Swindle and Blur Figures images on the back of the card. Fugitive Waspinator is a repaint of the bumble Figure and looks awesome. So has anyone heard of these. I am assuming that they are Toys'R'us Exclusives like the last couple.

Why doesn't Hasbro have direct to DVD TF movies? they have a product with lots of history and characters. a history that has been thrashed and really could use a reboot. why wait for a movie 10 to 20 years from now? this has worked for dc and marvel. the dvd's they have released have been very good. while they market the evil bay movies and the show for kids prime, why not make a direct to dvd movie and or series that can appeal to the older/mature market of transformers. and depending on the popularty of the dvd release toys. just an idea.

I made an Elita One costume, to hopefully take with me to Bot-Con next year. In the mean time, I've entered a costume contest that involves the local radio stations in my area. Most of the costume I made by hand, but if you want to know what I used or where I bought the pieces, I still have the lists. The optics are supposed to be blue but the angle of the picture has them looking black.

Even before I heard anything about the new Optimus T smart phone I was half convinced to buy it just based on the name. Is that bad? I mean, it turns out it's actually a really decent phone. It runs Android for those who like that OS and has a great price point ($29.95 w/ contract after rebate). It's got all the basic features you'd want in a mobile device (at least if all the phone reviews I've watched on G4 are accurate). If you don't yet own a smart phone yet (I do not) it's a solid upgrade choice apparently. But none of that mattered in the face of a solid Transformer connection. Now I'm just wondering if I should hold off until the inevitable TF3 cross-promot…
