This is a question for the older geezers here. Has anyone else seen a child, be it their own or a nephew, cousin, step child from little kid to adulthood and seen them grow into a more frenzied Transformers junkie than you? I would think some people out there have to have kids who have been raised to, or nearly to adulthood and all on Transformers. So how has that gone? Or is it going? I have no kids. Has anyone heard anything about MakeToy recently or did they go under before being able to release anything? If anyone has any info it is much appreciated. I just would assume by now that their Powerglide and Seaspray would be out and Pre-orders up for the Laser Optimus upgrade and Devestator. We haven't heard a thing since they put out more pics for the Laser Upgrade over 2 months ago. I also know a lot of people aren't buying the TFC Devestator either because they are holding out for MakeToy's version. So if anyone has the inside scoop please let us know. Also sorry if post is all incoherent as I've been up for 20hrs.

My wife and I are planning on having another child. After some haggling as to the terms one of the favors I won was the right to name our little one (pending her approval of course). Well, after the rejection of Arcee, Chromia, Arachnia, and Moonracer for a girl, my wife decided she actually liked Elita (no "1") quite a bit. So the question I'm putting to to you, my extended Transformer family, is: What would be a good TF name for a boy? Oh, and I've already ruled out Magnus, not because I don't like UM but because it's too Nordic....

Not sure which forum this actually goes in... I created 4 custom "vehicles" for my Garmin GPS, and I thought you guys might be interested in them as well. They're not actually Transformers, though, just 3D versions of the logos that I made. Included in the zip file are 4 "vehicles;" a red and silver Autobot logo, and a violet and silver Decepticon logo. I'm sitting in my Financee's living room, while my stuff resides in NJ in my storage locker. Hurricane is a comming, and I'm picturing the roof of my storage complex being ripped off and all my stuff getting at least drenched, if not blown away. In reality, I took precautions to put everything at home up higher, off the floor so that it won't get wet if my house floods, and my storage unit is on the second floor, so flooding it can stand, roof blowing off not so much. The lockers are caged in, so I don't think it can blow away, just all my boxed items not in tupperware like containers are at risk. SO how's your stuff? Is it safe?

Being the big 80s geek I am, I was giddy when I found out that Mill Creek got the rights for the 80s animated show C.O.P.S. and announced they were releasing all 65 episodes. Better yet, the first half only cost me $6! Anyhow, to answer the question in the topic title, I started watching and found that Duane Capizzi produced a good chunk of the C.O.P.S. episodes. Come to find out he also produced a bunch of the Batman and M.I.B. animated episodes as well. Small world, eh?
