OLD MESSAGE -- I got a repainted alt deadend via a trade and it is absolutely wrecked... the only thing that's worth anything of salvaging is the head. BUT, is there a chamical that I can soak the parts in and take the paint completely off without warping the plastic? I don't care about the finish of the plastic, just that is doesn't warp or soften. I thought about mineral spirits... but not sure. The paint is so thick that it won't completely transform either... i hope someone has done this/is a chemical expe…

I went to my local hobby shop, and the har RC Cars there, that you build an customise yourself, you know? Well, I asked for the absolutel smallest ball joints that the could give me, cause I wanted to give my G2 Grimlock a pivot joint on his neck... well, the hobby shop clerk told me to talk to the guys in the back that run the RC stuff. So I asked, wel funnily enough, they acctually had something. I forget whwat the ball joints are for, but they really worked out well, so if you have a RC shop around your place, try to find these, they're kinda expensive, but its well worth the money because they come in packs of like 20 balls, as wrong as that sounds, and a seprate pack…

I took a 1/25 scale diecast Camaro, and a extra Alt Smokescreen and attempted to make it a transformer. Its not complete yet, and might not be able to get it to work %100, its damn close for now. After working on it most of Saturday sitting by the phone waiting for a call, I can't work on it any more. But it looks decent in robot mode. (yea not gonna LIE and say it Transforms, when it's not lining up %100, there are some gaps in the frame which I need to figure out how to correct. Maybe mount the doors back some more...) Its not staying these colors either. My Camaro is white with black trim, and that's what the target look will be.

The ULTIMATE kids play house. When I was a kid, my friend had built a big plywood space ship in his yard. It was huge, up on stilts, and a lot of fun to play in. Got me thinking, being older, and someday wanting my own yard, with something like that for kids. Maybe a Metroplex design would be interesting. Start out with 2 sheds, side by side, some distance apart all white with black doors. One might actually be for storage, and the other the play room. Some how make a balcony, stretched out like metroplex, with ladders and a walk way that sit in the middle and on top of these 2 sheds. Top it off with a build in jammin stereo system, lights …

Since I am going to a 3 day funeral this weekend and won't be around for awhile...(This one's dedicated to you GM M!) I decided to post one more thing I worked on about 9 months ago and have not gone back to complete. Electronic, talking, siren and lights flashing Prowl. Headlights and dome lights work, the buttons are located in the little grill on the hood, the speaker is located under the little spoiler flap, which its scoop holes make perfect sound amplifiers. The electronics takes the place of his gun under the hood, and the power pack is a 2 AAA power unit fitted under the roof. Its not finished and actually I'd really like to rewire it and start over…

im planning the armada wheeljack from the rsx....yea i know its been thrown around.but im gonna throw a body kit and sun-roof on it but my question is do i go for toy or show accuracy?
