:pfx  I'd like to hear an update.

Yea, the whole body is diecast, its HEAVY.

Yup, 2004 was the last year for Camaro's.  Since I made it in 2005, I threw that in there.

2002 was the last year for the F-body, and it doesn't look good for a rerelease anytime soon. The Firebird will never be built again as long as the GTO is in production. As much as I would like to see the Camaro come back again I don't see it happening. Now we have to suffer the great SS badge being plastered on things like a Cobalt, or a FWD V6 Monte Carlo.   :tdown

the camaro is being rereleased with a retro 60's look like the mustang and charger( barely but those are dodges words) as a 2007/8 model, and they've just released the 2006 Impala and Monty Carlo with v8 engines again, unfortunately they are still forward drive vehicles, until gmc sees some more profit they're holding off on the zeta platform used in australia for the rearwheeled v8s, that looks very promising, i can't wait to see it finished

Its gonna be awhile before I get back to working on this.  Have a funeral this weekend, and its rare I get the free time + inspiration to work on something like this...but most of the work is done.

I'm tempted to leave the red paint and stripes alone and just paint the rest to make it fully transform, but my car's white with black so that's what I started working on this in the first place for.

The first time I saw this diecast car at some store, I thought it was an unproduced prototype for a new Camaro, turns out its the new corvette.  I looked at this one, or one similar at the store which only said STINGRAY and thought this was the new Camaro...

Then doing a little research found this...

The concept car for the possible future(2006 or 2007) Camaro.  Very retro 69ish.

Maybe Tracks Ver 2 will be a new vette.
