This head is to turn Transformers Prime RID Knockout mold into Jazz. It has been tested using WSF. It comes it two versions, a smirk and a stern face. Because of production of the ball joint is slightly loose but can be easily fixed with a little nail polish or paint. Please leave comments and feedback. Hope you Enjoy! Transformers Generations Voyager Blitzwing had a lot of quality control issues right out of the box, so many in fact that people started returning him. I set out to fix each issue and make him a decent figure starting with the shoulder assembly that falls apart when you move his arms. The mod is to unscrew all five screws in his back, open him up, and sand down the edges of his inner torso you see circled in red, about a quarter's thickness. Then sand down the peg posts the same width so the two halves snap back together with no gap. To fix the head not fitting in the nosecone take a large engraver (bladed ball) bit and Dremel out some of the soft rubber, th…

I've started work on a line of non-transforming Action Master-esq minifigures. This line of action figures is based on a highly articulated minifigure endoskeleton to which armor parts snap on in order to complete the character. This is the Proto Action Former. This highly articulated minifigure stands at just a hair under 2" tall. The parts can be reconfigured into a multitude of different ways to form many different creations and body types. Different themed armor sets will snap onto this Proto Former to create different characters. This is a generic set of armor for me to use as a starting point when creating character sets. Being a generic I've decided to na…

On this thread: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-general-discussion/871609-ground-air-shockwave.html many people have been asking which alternate form suits Shockwave better. A tank/artillery form or an aircraft/spacecraft form? My reply to this: A jet/tank hybrid like ROTF Megatron! Even long before that thread was posted and when the first promo pics of Prime: Beast Hunters Voyager Shockwave were released, I wondered how I would turn him into a jet/tank hybrid like ROTF Megatron! The pics below illustrate my plan for that! :thumb Larger wings (represented by the wings from Cybertron Deluxe Sideways) will be installed on the rear tread engin…

Transformers Prime has all sorts of awesome re-designs for characters and new designs for ones we've never seen before. Arcee got a sweet new motorcycle design and has been beating up the clunky Vehicons since the first episode! Well that changes now with the addition of my custom Motorcycle Vehicon, or Cyclocon I guess you could call them. Cyclocon 2.0 was created using the RID Arcee mold and utilizes a Sniper rifle that can be held or mounted on the backpack wheel turret. She has arm blades courtesy of a movie satellite Soundwave and her 'heelies' flip out so she can make a quick escape in robot mode.

The Predacon (Or rather called The Forged) Ser-Ket hails from the Transformers comics and is a downright lethal character! Lots of fan requests poured in for me to make her so here's my crack at Ser-Ket. She of course is made from a Transformers Beast Hunters Ripclaw and features a double ball jointed head as well as a new closed-mouth look which I very much prefer. You'll need to unscrew the head and do some cutting/fitting to get her mouth closed but it's pretty straightforward. Her elbows are also modded with ball-joints which greatly improve her posing. She was given a dragon-ish paint job using different metallic colors, weathered greens, mustard yellow, and…

Alright, this is a FOC Grimlock Custom that I'm working on while participating in Frenzy Rumble's second class. Not much left except the head and a few more touchups.

Even though Prime: Beast Hunters Voyager class Shockwave is, in my opinion, the best version of Shockwave to be released in years, I am a little dissatisfied that his cannon does not rotate in his alternate mode. After careful brainstorming and planning, I believe I’ve come up with a solution: a ball-joint system! NOTE: The following below is just an illustration of what I have planned! For the “ball” portion, the “axle” end of the Light Gray LEGO Technic Axle Towball here was shaved down at the sides so that it could fit into the space between the clips in the middle of his chest. The blue material is holding it in place in Loctite Mounting Putty. The s…

Did these a while back. No painting except the heads. Started with an alt Silverstreak and Alt Ricochet and used the Divebomb Reprolables and replaced the heads with a pair from a Hummer Alt KO. Hope yall like them and if you do check them out over at ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=271187603262

Hey, I've not had much luck with my masterpieces, their paint is usually terrible. So, I'm going to have a go at some repairs for the worst and hoped for some tips: Soundwave - foot scratched up out of the box - what silver would you recommend for touch ups? Also, what blue for the toes? Red Alert - face scratched out of the box - what silver could I use for this? Thanks, Jack
