http://www.tfclub.com/tffiles/toy/toynews/200403160001.shtml TFClub does it again. This time with a couple new pics of the recolored signal flare... I haven't decided if I like it yet, but I definately don't not like it :D He's gonna be what, 6 bucks, so I'll buy it. I never really wanted to army build with the same colors, but for the cheap price, I wouldn't mind around 3 of each of the main omni/terrorcons. -Turbine

I love repaints, in general, but as a fan of G1, I think a repainted toy should represent a new character. I just can't get into it otherwise as a fan or a collector. The only exception to this in recent years for me was Powerlinx Hot Shot from Armada and that was for his Rodimus look. However, now that we know Rodimus is a separate character in the Armada/Energon storyline, it seems weird that Hot Shot looked so much like him for awhile. I doubt we'll see any explanation for their similar appearances. Personally, I think for the Universe line that the designers should look at a figure in terms of its altmode and look and assign a new character to the mold. A grea…

I just got the reissue rodimus prime, i never had him as an original . What a bad toy . He looks nothing like the cartoon . His legs look like they are suppose to bend at the knee but dont. He looks better as hot rod I think(toy and cartoon). I dont know maybe im still pissed that he was primes replacement . What do you guys think?

I was at Target yesterday, detirmined to not leave till I had a new Transformer. I'd read many positive comments about Strongarm, I wanted a Ravage, and also was concidering Hot Shot and Scorponok. Now, understand, I have very limited funds. I would have only been able to get Scorponok and no others, or I could get two or three smaller ones. Ultimately, I bought Strongarm and Ravage, saved Hot Shot for another day (buying a DVD instead), and didn't get Scorponok. I wanted him for his character's sake, but still kinda feel his modes look very clunky. Was this a good decision? Those of you that have him, do you like him? Is he worth the 20 to 25 bucks? I'm…

I was admiring my Energon collection last night and a thought ocurred to me: should Strongarm have been named Brawn instead? I mean, look at him- pretty strong looking for a little guy if you ask me. Combine the G1 Brawn personality with this guys' figure design and you have one hell of a "tough bot". What do you think? discuss. :tfgrin
