After years of requests for this topic, here are the results for the top 10 most animation accurate transformers, excluding Masterpiece and third party MP scaled (MOP might be a separate list). A lot of this list surprised me.
-
I thoroughly enjoyed the Transformers Studio Series Starscream, then I looked at the Movie Masterpiece...um...it's a thing, for sure.
-
Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked Transformers news for the newest multipack and some reissues. We also talked collaboratives with TMNT, an Ectotron reissue and, maybe, even Star Wars? Plus, we address the MP Ginrai teaser image and answer who is Riggorus?
-
Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Blazemaster sure shares the coloration of his namesake, but his look and personality really comes off as more Whirl-like. Despite this mix and match of two characters, he is also a mish-mash of good and bad, with some pretty crazy arms!
-
Fan votes were cast and amassed for the top 10 best and coolest Transformers accessories, there have indeed been MANY across 40 years, especially when we consider official and third party. These are those results!
-
This time we do something a little different as we check in to see how the Skybound Energon Universe is shaping up now that we are a few months into it. I discuss the titles Void Rivals, Duke, Cobra Commander and Transformers. A Few spoilers are given, fair warning.
-
Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked about helping Transformers legend, Ron Friedman, plus, today's fanstream and the Star Raiders. We delved into DX9 and Cang TOys a little bit as well. Finally, we ended the night with trivia and an unboxing!
-
This time the Creator (Bob) and the Coporate Man (Mr. Braxton) look to bolster profits. Mr. Braxton loves the notion of repaints, even moreso when he sees an out to still not quite give fans exactly what they want!
-
Transformers by definition transform into...something, but those somethings aren't always good. In fact, some are terrible. Fans voted and the results were amassed for the top 10 WORST Transformers alt modes!
-
This time we dive into the Transformers Legacy titan class Cybertron Metroplex (we recently looked at the original and will compare that here, plus a couple other titans). AND the DNA Design Drillbit and upgrade kit!
-
Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we covered the reveals from TFCon LA and today's fanstream. We also discuss new pictures and new releases, as well ass, several third party offerings from Fans Toys, Fans Hobby, DX9, Unique Toys and more!
-
One big, bad, brutal wheel-bucket excavator, with a neat Drillbit and a heck of a robot mode...or two. Transformers Cybertron Metroplex!
-
After a couple years and several fan requests, here are the results for top 10 versions of Rodimus Prime/Hot Rod. I won't lie, I avoided this topic a very long time as I really don't dig many versions of the character (in fact I only like one version and it isn't G1), and I knew a very popular iteration of the character would garner lots of support despite my feelings to the contrary. This list pained me a bit, lol.

Todays' review is a bit of an oddity. It is the promised look at my proper Victory Decepticons display now that Deathsaurus has been properly added. I think it includes versions of every single Victory con now, some of course being customs. Speaking of which, I also compare three Liokaiser torso options, strength and weaknesses. Might help some other customizers doing him.

Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we reacted to today's livestream, new Sunstreaker and Shard images, as well as, the Star Raiders and Studio Series 86 Blaster. We also play trivia and do this week's big ole unboxing!
-
This is a quick look at two Tarn's, the stock Legacy Evolution next to a custom that was sent to me. Not sure which one I prefer best but the custom sure has several nicely added details! Thanks, Charlie!

Distribution issues is the bane of any collector, but Transformers is known to be particularly problematic. As such, and as voted on by fans, these are the top 10 worst distributed Transformers!
-
Transformers Energon's answer to Devastator was the peculiar but intriguing Constructicon Maximus made up of, you guessed it, the Contruction Team, with Steamhammer, Sledge, Duststorm, Wideload and Bonecrusher (No, not THAT Bonecrusher, or the other one, lol)
-
Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we reacted to tons of new leaks and listings. We also touch on TFCon, Funko and even Juice toppers!
-
Following from last week's Burticus Maximus review, we delve next into Transformers Energon Superion Maximus. While a wild take on the Autobot airplane combiner we usually know of from the Aerialbots, this time we have the Air Team with Storm Jet, Sky Shadow, Terradive, Treadshot and Windrazor...wild.
-
Third party Transformers companies have existed a long time, some are great others are problematic. Some...are both! Fans voted and here are the top 10 Transformers third party companies to avoid...maybe.
-
Here's an oddity. The majority of us are quite familiar with the Combaticon combiner, Bruticus. But, within the Energon portion of the Unicron Trilogy we got a wildly different take on said character, made up of the Destruction Team, consisting on Barricade, Blight, Blackout, Stormcloud and...Kickback...I kid you not with these names, lol. Wild, just wild.

Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked tons of listings, Earthspark, threezero and Fans Hobby. Plus, we delved into DX9 and even a wall clock!
-
Ages ago I looked at the original Jetwing Optimus Pirme, a beast of two figures in one. But now, I have a chance to look at the Legends version...and I might like it better!
-
