Just in via Weibo, we have some new images from TT on their TT-01 Commanders unofficial Optimus Prime that appears to be an MP style figure. Shown is the grey resin model that is said to include die-cast parts and be fully transformable. As we can see from the images, the design is extremely well detailed and articulated. This is the Wheeljack I have been waiting for. Cannot wait to find me one.

Following their Beast Box toys, it appears 52Toys are taking on a whole new kind of wild animal in the Mega Box MB-09 figure. The big green cube turns into a something that looks a lot like the Marvel Avengers Hulk character that is 6-inches (16cm) of more than meets the SMASH! No word on the pricing or availability yet, so dig into the images until we know more about what is likely an unofficial crossover. Click Image to Read the Full News Story Now

I am always put off by the size of WFC Leaders, but always end up loving them. Well played, Hasbro. ?

?️‍?️ Looking at this image, you can see how that chest piece came down to a design decision to accommodate the alt mode.

Very interesting! I never gave this much thought, but I tend to prefer figures that are challenging, but result in a good transfomed figure that you can play with still.

Great review! Thanks for sharing.

Really nice to see people coming back to the beloved G1. ? Its great that fans can get even better versions of the toys they grew up with. Thanks for sharing, we've got you in the queue to be featured soon.

As we have heard, there were lots of unused concepts created for BotCon. Thankfully, many of them were never produced. Specifically, this one just posted by BotCon (Official) showing the "Twilight Sparkle Prime" concept that was originally shown at the BotCon 2014 panel. The figure is a makeover of the Beast Machines Battle Uncorn figure, presumably as an idea based on the IDW Transformers x My Little Pony crossover comic they produced for BotCon 2013 (see gallery). Thanks for sharing! What a cool project. I am looking forwards to getting the first issue.

Once again we have the BIG comparison guide from the ineffable, Cheem, showing us how the new Takara TOMY Transformers MP-5 Arcee measures up to the many other editions we have seen in recent years. Check out the guide comparing the 2010 Cartoon, MP-51 Arcee, Ocular Max PS-04 Azalea, FansToys FT-24 Rouge, Toyworld TW-M06 LEIA and the controversial Big Firebird Toys EX-01 NICEE. Sadly, the Takara TOMY edition isn't exactly taking any prizes in this pageant show. The sculpting on the MP-51 Arcee robot mode looks VERY strange with the angular elements on the torso that has a more mature look than I would like to see. However, it is the MP-51's Cybetronian vehicle mode that appears to take the lead in this contest. Not sure sure how much that makes up for the robot design, so we've posted a poll asking how do you like the MP-51 Arcee. Vote now to see how others rate this figure.
