  1. Hasbro Pulse has revealed the backstory and powers of the Autobot combiner Orthia! Unlike Elita-Infin1te, the combiner form given to Power of the Primes Voyager Elita-1 and any combination of Deluxe limb-bots, Orthia is specifically the combination of Elita-1, Moonracer, Novastar, Greenlight, and Lancer. 2. Many thanks to Autobase Aichi for collecting screengrabs, which we're mirroring here for convenience, while we hurriedly live-blogged the Hasbro SyFyWire stream. Here's photos of Voyager Earthrise Starscream as well as the Double Headmaster of Titan-class Scorponok! Also present: Generations Selects Powerdasher Cromar and Cybertron Defense Hot Shot as well as Siege 35th Anniversary Optimus Prime and Megatron. Click Image to Read the Full News Story Now
  3. Prize Inside!, the Shapeways-based company headed by Trent Troop, has posted what has to be the first upgrade for Generations Earthrise! See, the G1 Construction Station that Deluxe Micromaster Base Ironworks is based on (which came with the Micromaster previously named Ironworks, who was recently be-Siege-d as Irontread) had one feature that the modern figure does not: a part that the TFWiki describes as a "three-bladed radar dish. 6. Recently, TakaraTomyMall posted a webcomic installment featuring the upcoming Generation Selects Star Convoy battling a special configuration of King Poseidon, AKA Piranacon, that only used two models of the five Seacon limbs. Well, today TakaraTomy's Twitter account has made that into reality! ...well, they've posed the upcoming Selects Seacons and Star Convoy for a photograph emulating that comic. 7. Musician Stan Bush, he of "The Touch" and "Dare," posted a new HasLab Unicron image to Twitter today! He definitely has the power...but does he have The Touch?#Transformers #Unicron #Hasbro #HasLab #Unicron #StanBush #TheTouch #HasbroPulse pic.twitter.com/9MKLGDE5j5— Stan Bush (@Stan_Bush) September 25, 2019 Shortly afterwards, the Official Transformers Facebook Page followed suit with a higher-resolution copy of the image, which shows Unicron standing just fine on his own without the support of the stand to be included with Unicron for the planet mode. 8. Many thanks to Hasbro and Wizards Of The Coast for providing this set for review! This is RAC's favorite starter product for the Transformers TCG so far, resolving most of the issues he had with the original 2-player starter set: it comes with a hardcopy of the rules for the full version of the game and provides two players with enough cards to have a full playable deck to start with. 9. Live in Australia? Have a Transformers Masterpiece collection that needs more Burning Justice? Well, you're in luck: both EBGames and ZiNG Pop Culture have posted preorders for the maximally red Maximal leader. Due March 21st, 2020, the figure is $198 AUD (Approximately $134 USD as of the time of this writing) and requires a $30 deposit to preorder. Click Image to Read the Full News Story Now
  10. WizKids, makers of such miniatures games as Mage Knight and HeroClix, is also a manufacturer of miniatures for other games such as Pathfinder and Dungeons And Dragons. Recently it was announced that Transformers would be joining their "Deep Cuts" line of unpainted minatures, and thanks to their official Twitter account we now have a look at Bumblebee!Early samples of Transformers Deep Cut Minis are in the office and ready to ROLL OUT! pic. 11. BloodyDisgusting reports that the first two seasons of The Toys That Made Us, the Netflix series of documentaries on the making of classic toylines, is coming to Blu-Ray on October 1st! And as befits a Blu-Ray release there's a decent stack of extras included. Most pertinent to our interests here are an extended cut of an interview with Peter Cullen, voice of Optimus Prime and Ironhide, as well as a tour of TakaraTomy given by Hideaki Yoke himself! Yoke was lead designer on Transformers for many years and worked on the brand from its inception until his retirement in 2017. Click Image to Read the Full News Story Now
  12. Ken Christiansen has posted to Facebook to reveal his original design artwork for Ectotron, the fantastic crossover figure that gets Ghostbusters in your Transformers and vice versa. While the final product was heavily modified from this original image, the overall color scheme and head design carry through to the toy itself. Click Image to Read the Full News Story Now
  13. Many thanks to an anonymous tip for letting us know about a potential deal showing up at Walmart stores: a VA Walmart customer has sighted Generations Siege Commander Class Jetfire clearanced to roughly half its original price at $45! That's a great deal on what seems to be a pretty good (and pretty big) rendition of G1 Skyfire. Click Image to Read the Full News Story Now
  14. Site Sponsor BigBadToyStore has posted a listing for a new version of Masterpiece Optimus Primal due out in March of 2020: Burning Convoy! "Burning Convoy" is the name given to a limited-edition red Optimus Primal figure(previously homaged in Robot Masters, as seen in the preceding link) that was released to support the commander's appearance in the Beast Wars Special movie. 15. TakaraTomy Mall has updated the preorder page for the Generations Selects wave 2 Seacons set of Seawing/Kraken and Lobclaw/Nautilator! (The recently delayed) Star Convoy battles against King Poseidon (Piranacon), splitting his blaster to double his firepower. There's some seriously dramatic posing going on at the end of this installment, so the odds seem good that Star Convoy's about to put a Matrix between the two halves of that gun.
