  1. In the homestretch now! ExVee reviewed the "Betatron" version of this mold last year, and was less than impressed with a few things, many of them related to deco. The deco has most definitely improved and this time is aiming to match the animation model - it's still not a perfect match, but it looks much, much better. Keep reading to see 49 images of Scattershot! Read the Full News Story Here
  2. Autobase Aichi has posted images from a recent eBay auction featuring a test shot of Titans Return Galvatron! Molded in off-white and teal - the same plastic colors as the Blaster test shot with the unusual face - this testshot doesn't seem to have any real differences from the final release. But testshots just have a certain something, and Nucleon's tiny Megatron head comes off a lot better in the less metallic grade of plastic. Keep reading to see! Read the Full News Story Here
  3. TFND has posted a wealth of images from their 12th annual event in Taipei, and somebody brought a lot of interesting toys to the con, some as yet unreleased! Most notably on that front there's MP Delta Magnus, and Unite Warriors Computron standing shoulder to shoulder with his Combiner Wars counterpart! All that more after the jump, so keep reading! 4. ToysRUs Canada made an interesting decision this weekend: they're having a Transformers sale. That isn't the interesting part (though Titans Return Fortress Maximus is 25% off and that may be of note to our Canadian readers!) No, the interesting part is the banner for the sale which is all photos of 2017 Titans Return toys. Besides Voyager Optimus Prime and Leader Sixshot, this is our first kinda-official look at Deluxe Doublecross, and his package art! Keep reading to see! Read the Full News Story Here
  5. Strafe... he's so close to being the best possible Strafe! Some detachable guns and some red thighs, and if half of what I've heard about Unite Warriors Blast Off is true, this Strafe - based on Combiner Wars Wave 2 Aerialbot Air Raid - would blow him out of the water. Or, er, sky. ...space? One of those. Click here to read and watch the review! Read the Full News Story Here
  6. A remold of the Aerialbot Air Raid Strafe is the beneficiary of the bulk of the remolding done to the Computron set, with a majority-new vehicle mode. It looks great, and the figure is basically flawless. With one exception: the guns on Strafe's nose are not removable like the G1 versions were, and Unite Warriors versions will be. If that doesn't bother you much (or any), he's up there with Afterbreaker as Best In Set. Keep reading to see 50 photos of Strafe! Read the Full News Story Here
  7. Thomas Deer has shared the clean art for his cover for the just-released Transformers: Till All Are One #3! The cover, which shows Starscream manipulating pieces on a chessboard (including Windblade and the colony worlds), represents his first solo work for IDW, where he usually works as a colorist. Keep reading to see! Read the Full News Story Here
  8. Afterbreaker is a remold of TakaraTomy's Deluxe Groove that may entail less mayhem to get a hold of. And if you're a one of each mold kind of person, Afterbreaker - formerly Afterburner - is the better of the two to have. Click here to watch and read the review! Read the Full News Story Here
  9. With the release of the Computron Collection Pack yesterday, it is currently easier to get a hold of Afterbreaker than Groove, the TakaraTomy-produced mold that he is based on. That's... maybe just a bit sad. But cheer up: in terms of plastic tolerances, general appearance, and the fact that he's a Lightcycle, Afterbreaker - formerly Afterburner, is simply better the Groove in a variety of ways. Click here to see 58 images of Afterbreaker! Read the Full News Story Here
  10. It's that time again: the latest episode of Combiner Wars, "The Duel," has gone live on the go90 platform! In this episode, Windblade meets Optimus Prime, and... well, look at the title. As always, we cannot embed go90's video, but keep reading for a link to the episode! Read the Full News Story Here
  11. Starscream has ordered Windblade to spy on the Combaticons - or else her secrets will become known to all. It's a difficult position to be in - but unlike Starscream, Windblade has friends. "Things We Said We'd Never Do" is written by Mairghread Scott with art by Sara Pitre-Durocher and coloring by Joana Lafuente. Click here to read the review! Read the Full News Story Here
  12. Autobase Aichi has posted images of the promo comic for E-Hobby Convobat! Convobat is a Bat Optimus Primal (Convoy + Bat equals...) repaint of Mindwipe with Sentinel Prime's Titan Master Infinitus - but the comic focuses on the bonus items in the set: a Megalligator Headmaster, and an Optimal Optimus-themed recolor of Titan Master Apeface's vehicle referred to here as "Ape x Arms." Keep reading to see the comic! Read the Full News Story Here
  13. The second of the August Legends releases - also the second of the blue Wave 1 Titans Return Deluxes that desperately needed more paint - has been given a promotional package tweet by Hisashi Yuki! And as with Blurr, that paint has been received: Scourge's paint job looks much more finished and like himself under the Legends line. Is it worth 3,000 Yen to you? Keep reading and find out! Read the Full News Story Here
  14. Here's Lightsteed, AKA Red Streetwise! ...that's about all I can say about him, except that I wish Hasbro had chosen two molds that were better at being legs to be the legs. He does a game job of attempting to look like G1 Lightspeed, but the structure of Streetwise's alt-mode can't quite support the attempt. Click through to see! Read the Full News Story Here
  15. Hisashi Yuki, TakaraTomy Toy Designer and tireless promoter, has posted a package photo of the impeding LG-25 Legends Series Blurr! With a more animation accurate (and colorful deco for the robot mode, Blurr runs rings around his Titans Return counterpart, aesthetically speaking. Click through to see!
